This tri-level home has a large, open living space on the second floor along with a gourmet kitchen and private deck with mountain views. Enjoy the high ceilings and large windows providing tons of natural light in the living room by day, then cozy up by the fireplace at the end of an adventure-filled day. Need to work while away? There's an office nook just off the living area! The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen, making this the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. You'll also find a laundry room and powder room on this level. On the first floor, enter into a spacious hallway featuring a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and an additional full bathroom. Great layout and location

I stayed here with my son and some of his college friends. I had the third floor master suite to myself, and they shared the three bedrooms, including the bunk room, on the lower level. It was a perfect layout for my group. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the open and comfortable layout on the main floor. The house was easy walking distance to restaurants, trails, and the gondola. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. All in all, a great stay.

Perfect!

This was a perfect house for a group of friends skiing telluride for the weekend. The house was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to chair 7, the grocery store, and town. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacay in Telluride

We had a great stay. We were coming in at different times and the access was easy for to get into the house and settle. Very cozy, rooms were great, hot tub was a blessing. Location was super close to town and lift 7. Kitchen and appliances were very modern, up to date. Love the music theme displayed in art with some of our favorite artists. The snacks and wine greeting gift were out to good use. Overall a wonderful stay. Everyone loved the house. We will be back. THANK YOU !!!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential area. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the house. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo, on the deck or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (please know, we can smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
