OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
When the snow melts, Telluride transforms into a summer paradise. Explore miles of scenic trails for hiking and mountain biking, or head to the San Miguel River for rafting, kayaking, or tubing during spring runoff. The river, which begins high in the San Juan Mountains, also attracts fly-fishing enthusiasts eager to catch fresh trout. Favorite local hikes include the Telluride River Trail (easy), Bear Creek Falls (moderate), and Jud Wiebe Trail (challenging) - all within close proximity to the condo.
Enter through double doors into a welcoming mudroom with ample storage for coats, boots, and bags. The open-plan main level includes a large media room with a 65" TV and comfortable seating, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink, and drying area. A walkway leads to the first two bedrooms.
MASTER BEDROOM
The first master suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and Juliet balcony, along with an en suite bathroom offering a steam shower and double-sink vanity.
BUNK BEDROOM
The second bedroom is a bunk room with four twin beds, closet, and ample storage, conveniently located across from the family bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead shower.
Upstairs, the second floor opens to a bright and spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar, and dining area, alongside a second lounge with seating and TV. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level.

Another queen bedroom offers closet space, with a full bathroom across the hallway featuring a large shower.
Accordion doors in the dining area open onto a private outdoor living space with bar seating and a gas grill, overlooking the 12,785-ft. Ajax Peak. Enjoy peaceful mornings or breathtaking evenings as the sunset casts a pink alpenglow across the box canyon - a truly picture-perfect scene.
The home offers WiFi throughout and radiant floor heating on the first level.
PARKING
Parking for two vehicles is available in the garage below the condo, with lockable ski and snowboard storage. Please note: the second parking space (marked Unit “C”) fits compact cars only under 16 ft. in length; maximum garage height is 7 ft. A W-Zone parking pass for street parking is also available if needed.

Getting around Telluride is simple - no car needed. 
The town offers free public transportation, including The Galloping Goose and SMART buses, which loop through town regularly. In addition, a free Gondola connects Telluride and Mountain Village, offering stunning views along the way.
The Gondola has two main sections and four stations:
- The first leg runs from Oak Street Station in downtown Telluride to Gondola Plaza in Mountain Village. Midway, you’ll find the San Sophia Station, where you can hop off for ski runs, hiking and biking trails, or a meal at Allred’s Restaurant.
- The second leg continues from Gondola Plaza to the Market Plaza Station, near the Mountain Market grocery store, Post Office, and Town Hall.
