Very nice, comfortable and quiet appartement

we have spent 8 days beginning of May 2016 in Alfredo's appartment, which is very charming, well equipped and ideal for 2 persons. Alfredo was a very friendly host and assisted us in every whish we had. The nights were very calm, no noise from cars or neighbourhood, distance to the beach is a 5 minute walk, access to the interstate by car is about 10 minutes. all in all we were very satisfied and can truely recommend this location.

Di ritorno da una splendida vacanza eccomi qui a lasciare un lascito per chi vuole visitare la splendida Sicilia!! Premettendo che questo posto mi ha subito meravigliato da quando ho visto le foto, ma che dopo averci soggiornato ne sono innamorato. Abbiamo soggiornato in due persone nell'appartamento Aurora, quello con le coperte viola. La struttura è immersa in un immenso giardino ben arredato, ogni appartamento ha le sdraio e l'ombrellone(che si può portare anche in spiaggia). la veranda è ben attrezzata e spaziosa,un po' calda la mattina, ma basta aprire un po' per rinfrescarla... si può fare colazione e guardare il giardino seduti tranquillamente sugli sgabelli, oppure nel comodo portico presente all'esterno. La camera è ampia e ben arredata, dotata di due armadi ampi, la cassaforte e un televisore. Il bagno è ampio e la doccia è uno spettacolo, ampia e con il soffione doccia e il miscelatore (comodo se non si vuole fare la doccia intera). l'appartamento è dotato anche di un riciclo d'aria che manteneva una temperatura piacevole senza il fastidio dell'aria condizionata. Alfredo è stato gentilissimo sin dalle prime mail, ma di persona ti accorgi che tiene moltissimo agli ospiti e vuole che si passi una vacanza con tutti i confort. Ci ha fornito tanti consigli su dove andare a cosa vedere, è anche convenzionato con il lido Fontane Bianche, dove abbiamo mangiato un ottima pasta e uno speciale arancino. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare un questo splendido posto, a pochi passi da Siracusa e dalle spiagge di San Lorenzo, Vendicari e Calamosche. ringrazio ancora Alfredo per la splendida vacanza che abbiamo passato grazie a lui!!

Molto bello e pulito!

E' un piccolo residence di quattro unità costruito sulla base di una casa in legno a basso impatto ambientale. E' circondato da un giardino molto curato e ogni appartamento ha un accesso privato, veranda esterna con tavolo e panche e una interna chiusa e termoisolata con angolo cottura. Molto bello e luminoso, con travi bianche a vista, arredato con designi semplice e molto curato e materiali di qualità e sempre nella tonalità del bianco. La camera matrimoniale, dotata di tv, è molto spaziosa, un po' più ridotta la cameretta con letto a castello. Bagno molto spazioso, bello e luminoso con grande doccia. L'appartamento, molto pulito, è molto ben isolato tanto che anche con temperature molto elevate all'esterno non necessita dell'utilizzo del sistema di ricliclo/climatizzazione dell'aria (oltretutto totalmente indipendente). Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, proprietario cortese, disponibile e pronto a dare consigli sulla zona. Tutto come si vede dal sito...forse anche meglio. Segnaliamo anche la cortesia di Lucy, la sorella del proprietario. Ottima base di partenza per visitare le bellezze della zona ma pure con mare e spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi a non più di 300 metri.

A great place to stay

Eco residence is a very nice appartment for persons or one couple. It has got a spacoious bedroom and bathroom as well as a small kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with everything u need to prepare your breakfast or small dinner. Moreover you got your private terrace where u can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a cold drink after a hot day. TV is available (with German channels, if requirred). The host( Mr alfredo) is very helpful and supportive, you cann always contact him by phone, if you are having a problem or a question. He leaves you alone if you wish so. The garden is nice and very quiet. Fontane Bianche is a small village with some restaurants, small supermarket and bakery, so you can get whatever you need. Big supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car. The village is well located, so that you can reach many tourist attractions within 20-30 minutes. We strongly recommend this place.
