Delusione totale

La proprietaria fino a due giorni prima della partenza non era consapevole della prenotazione effettuata, e ne è venuta a conoscenza solamente perché l'abbiamo contattata per alcune informazioni. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato due asciugamani nel bagno puzzolenti, sicuramente usati dagli ospiti precedenti. Le lenzuola anch'esse usate perché erano piene di peli. Abbiamo il sospetto che le pulizie non vengano fatte perché la padrona di casa stessa ci ha contattati privatamente con delle foto segnalando la presenza di disordine lasciato da noi (ad esempio letto non rifatto, asciugamani lasciati in bagno, spazzatura non buttata). Ci chiediamo, infatti, perché questo disordine è un problema se devono comunque essere fatte le pulizie dopo che un ospite lascia la casa?
