Ottima soluzione per chi vuole spendere relativamente poco e avere una base di appoggio per esplorare le meravigliose spiagge e città della zona. Nessun lusso ma tutto il necessario per il soggiorno per una famiglia, no A/C, piccoli problemini che il proprietario ha sempre cercato prontamente di risolvere.

Bon séjour

Mr Malvat est une personne très accueillante et sympathique. Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé pour rayonner autour. Joli patio ombragé pour manger dehors (en bas de l'escalier) Les meubles sont très rustiques mais propres. Les matelas sont un peu mous surtout dans'la chambre verte. Il y a des ventilateurs, ce qui est bien utile car il faisait très chaud.

Abbiamo trascorso circa 2 settimane nel mese di luglio nell'appartamento posto al 1° piano, raggiungibile da una rampa di scale esterne, con adiacente un piccolo spazio ombreggiato, posto al piano terra, con barbecue nel quale si possono fare belle grigliate e mangiarci grazie ad un tavolo per 6 persone. L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere matrimoniali ed una camera con 2 lettini, un salotto, una cucina ed un bagno con vasca/doccia, è spazioso e arredato con mobili stile anni 60, nella cucina ci si può mangiare anche se non molto spaziosa, nella quale si trova anche una lavastoviglie seminuova, una lavatrice e un frigorifero con freezer capiente. Per chi non ha molte pretese ma si accontenta delle cose essenziali e non vuole spendere molto, la consiglio vivamente.

Ottima posizione e spazi più che sufficienti per un soggiorno di 6 persone; mobilia molto datata, ed i materassi e le reti dei letti andrebbero rinnovati sicuramente. Il proprietario gentilissimo e collaborativo nel risolvere eventuali problematiche. Nel complesso un buona esperienza, con alcuni dettagli da da rivedere, comunque il prezzo dell'affitto è stato congruo.
