The 30 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed for one guest, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, accommodating up to 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. A complete stroller and a high chair for children are also available. The highlight of this accommodation is the spacious covered terrace with a kitchenette. The house is just 350 metres from the beach, the promenade, and the local harbour. Two supermarkets are only 60 metres from the property. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. You can purchase local products such as bread, honey, goat, sheep and cow cheeses, and the property offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. The electricity is generated by solar energy. Waste separation is mandatory and further information will be provided on site.
