Prachtige locatie, mist professionaliteit
Positief: prachtige locatie, uitzicht zowel vooraan als achteraan supermooi, groot appartement.
Tips voor eigenaar:
* in- en uitchecken vlotter laten verlopen
* zorg dat WiFi en tv werken (als u dat zelf niet lukt, laat iemand professioneel komen)
* draag uw huurders NIET op hun vuilnis mee te nemen maar voorzie dat dit ter plaatse kan gebeuren ( in al de jaren dat we een huis of appartement gehuurd hebben is ons dat nog nooit gevraagd maar werd dat ter plekke voorzien, het PMD hebben we trouwens meegenomen).
Het blijft een toplocatie met een supermooi zicht!

Dank U wel Pia voor uw eerlijke recensie. Ik was trouwens ook zéér tevreden over U en hoe U dat appartement hebt achtergelaten (extreem netjes dus!). Het is extreem moeilijk om aan de kust betrouwbare hulp te vinden vandaar dus dat ik altijd zélf binnenlaat, wat soms iets moeilijker gaat ja maar dan kan men tenminste zéker binnen, wat bij externe hulp verre van zo is. Vandaar ook dat vuilnis even meenemen als ik er zélf niet direct kan zijn bij uittrede en dus de sleutel dan achterlaten bij mijn lieve buurvrouw van 80. Deze dame kan en wil ik niet belasten met het buitenzetten van de vuilnisbak, ik hoop op uw begrip! Maar jij mag zéker altijd terugkomen dus Pia, het was superclean !

Une vue magnifique depuis un grand appartement
L'appartement est bien situé, grand et offre une vue magnifique. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons cependant eu quelques petits problèmes : retards par rapport à l'heure convenue à l'arrivée et au départ, impossible d'obtenir le code du Wifi. Les équipements de l'appartement (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fauteuils, vaisselle,...) sont vieux et/ou en mauvais état, ce qui nous fait dire que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas très bon. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le code WIFI se trouve en dessus du WIFI decoder. Moi j'ai du WIFI parfait dans cette appartement.
Machine à laver est vieux (car je lave jamais à la côte; pour 7 jours laver ???).
Lave-vaisselle et autres machines dans la cuisine sont de 2013-2017 (selon moi non vieux alors en tout cas, ils marchent très bien). Vaiselle blanc, solide et beaucoup ! Salon de CASSINA! (on peut vraiment pas changer chaque année, acheté en 2013 et pas bon marché, mais il faut connaître évidemment).
Je suis alors pas d'accord avec quelques remarques.
Se sont 2 appartements, alors le prix ne peut pas être le prix de 1 appartement évidemment. ESPACE à un prix sur la digue. Mais on a un vue superbe en face ET en arrière, ça on a oublié de dire.
