Stunning renovated villa, in front of the sea and just 100 meters from the beach. Close to Bormes-les-Mimosas, the house is only 40 minutes from St Tropez and 30 minutes from the Toulon / Hyères airport. Ideally located in Porquerolles, Port-Cros Islands and Giens peninsula. The villa can host up to 16 guests. The property is located in a private gated community.

Fantastic Sea View

The villa is super located - just a minute walk to the beach. The beach is wonderful and almost private. Unbeatable is the terrace of the villa: fantastic sea view, with lounge and dining areas, shade available when & where needed. The villa itself is nicely furnished, well maintained with a well equipped kitchen. We were a group of 13 adults. Minimal downside: the 2 bedrooms in the annex are of a bit lower quality than the bedrooms upstairs in the villa, but still totally ok.

Une vue et un environnement inoubliables

La maison est très bien agencée avec une terrasse orientée vers la mer avec une petite plage à deux pas. La vue de la maison est fabuleuse. Les chambres sont très agréables, très propres, avec presque chacune sa salle de bains. C'était parfait pour toute la famille, enfants et petits enfants. La plage est au bout du jardin et l'eau était d'une clarté et d'une température parfaites. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à partir...

100m from the beach

Very spacious outdoor terrace with two dining areas- one in the shade. Extremely well equipped kitchen and large indoor dining/relating area. Bedrooms are comfortable but two and a bathroom have a low beam which requires care. Stair cases are unusually steep requiring care with small children and making sleeping upstairs unsuitable for elderly people. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend. Both the owner and housekeeper were very helpful and accommodating.

Le paradis sur terre !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable! La vue est à couper le souffle. La plage est quasiment au bout du jardin, à 1' à pied. La maison est en plein cœur de la verdure, refaite à neuf, elle offre un confort optimal et une décoration harmonieuse avec des espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs variés et intelligemment pensés. Le domaine du cap Bénat est un endroit magnifique avec plusieurs plages, un petit port privé, un club de voile et des terrains de tennis. J'ai rarement été autant séduite par une location. Les hôtes sont charmants, très accommodants et soucieux de la qualité de votre séjour . Merci infiniment !
