This well furnished ground floor apartment is located near the Habaneras in Torrevieja. The apartment is equipped with a conservatory where you can relax in the early and late season or just sit out of the sun. There is a spacious garden with a brick BBQ.

At 150 m there is a large swimming pool with a separate children's area on a wonderful lawn where you can laze away. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Dutch TV channels, safe, washing machine and air conditioning.

The center of Torrevieja is easy to reach on foot, as well as the Habaneras shopping center and the large Carrefour. The Consum supermarket is approximately 150 meters away.

This apartment is very suitable for people who like to cycle. In the greenhouse we have the possibility to store the bicycle and possibly charge it. There is also a water point with hose so that you can spray clean your bike in the garden when needed. There is also a place behind where you can park your racing bike (out of everyone's sight).

The boulevard with its cozy restaurants is within walking distance of approximately 2 km. The beach is 1.5 km away. The Consum supermarket is around 150 m away.

Near the house is a large aqua park with giant slides and water fun for young and old. This is only open during the season. Furthermore, there is plenty to do and see in the wider area so that you will definitely not be bored. You can dive, play tennis, swim, pedal boat, jet ski or if you like to play golf there are more than enough golf courses in the nearby area so that you can actually try a different one every day.
