Un séjour mitigé

Il faut signaler qu'il n'y a qu'une chambre dans cet appartement, la deuxième chambre est en fait le salon dans lequel il y a un canapé lit avec un matelas très approximatif. Notre fils en a eu mal au dos. À noter également qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking réservé. Premier arrivé, premier servi ! Dans cette ville, c'est un très gros problème ! Le four ne marchait pas, et le frigo, mal réglé, pouvait transformer le vin blanc en iceberg. En résumé, tout un tas de petits détails qui peuvent vite gâcher des vacances. Sans compter qu'il ne faut pas oublier de prévenir une heure avant votre arrivée la "gardienne des clés". Le logement est dans les hauteurs et il lui faut le temps d'arriver. Sinon, nous vous conseillons les petits restaurants dans l'arrière pays !

Bonjour Régis, merci pour votre avis. L'annonce précise clairement ce que vous prétendez, c'est-à-dire qu'il y a une chambre double et un séjour (3 canapés-lits dont 2 équipés pour accueillir) ; alors je ne comprends pas comment appeler le salon si ce n'est une deuxième chambre pour dormir. Les matelas des canapés-lits mesurent 70 cm de large et 190 cm de long, soit la moitié de la taille d'un lit français de 140 cm dans lequel deux personnes peuvent généralement dormir. Ils proviennent des canapés Doimo et sont donc très confortables. Deuxièmement, je peux vous dire que la question de la commodité est très subjective. Il est également précisé dans l'annonce et sur les photos qu'il y a 8 places de parking gratuites (ligne blanche) non réservables pour les clients et un grand parking adjacent (à 20 mètres) avec plus de 50 places de parking payantes. Le four fonctionne parfaitement et le réfrigérateur aussi, ne le réglez simplement pas sur un réglage de refroidissement élevé (généralement, il doit être laissé sur 1 sur une échelle de 1 à 7). Comme écrit dans le message que j'envoie aux invités et que vous avez donc également reçu, j'ai besoin d'un préavis d'une heure avant votre arrivée pour organiser l'enregistrement (peut-être que vous n'avez pas lu le message). L'appartement est situé sur la première colline de Sanremo et donc la vue sur la mer, la colline et la montagne (San Romolo) est garantie en plus du silence et de la tranquillité. Le centre est à 10 minutes à pied.

Fantastic stay with a family of four!

Our stay in San Remo in the apartment was fantastic! Pier is a great host and the house is quite spacious and you have absolutely everything you need and more in the apartment. Once you find the best way to get from the apartment to the larger street where most beaches are it's great. We loved everything about our stay, the only down part was at times parking, for the rest absolutely fantastic for a family of four with two kids aged 7 and 9 years old.

VACANZA VISTA MARE

L'appartamento è veramente carino, ben arredato e consegnato completo di quanto necessario (asciugamani, attrezzatura da cucina, ecc.). Ha un balcone discretamente grande con tavolo in cui cui si può tranquillamente pranzare in quattro con una bellissima vista mare. L'unico difetto, soprattutto per chi doveva muoversi a piedi, è una certa lontananza dal centro e dal lungo mare. Dimenticavo...... la sig.ra Giuliana del check-in è stata più che disponibile e gentilissima.......ancora Grazie. Giorgio.
