Entrance, living room-kitchen where there is a double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large terrace where you can smoke, private parking space. Small pets are allowed but must not be left alone in the house. it should also be noted that the house, although independent, has some external parts in common with other houses and is therefore only partially fenced. The daily cost for each animal is € 5 to be paid upon delivery of the keys. An extra single bed can be added to the bedroom - on the terrace it is possible to turn on the barbecue to taste the grilled meat and fish cooked to taste

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer großartigen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Supermarkt in der Nähe, auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Vermieterin Laura ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschönes Domizil abseits des Trubel

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Schnaken und Wespen sind leider nicht ausgestorben, trotz der tollen und ruhigen Berglage. An Insektenspray und Schröter sollte hier nicht gespart werden. Laura war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, also vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, die Kommunikation war echt gut, vorausgesetzt man spricht ein wenig englisch oder italienisch. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, von Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden. Auch Fliegengitter sind vorhanden, sodass nachts etwas kühlere Luft rein kommt. Wir haben vor, wieder zu kommen.

Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen. Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön mit einem wundervollen Blick auf San Remo und das Meer. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen, aber Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Laura ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Zur Altstadt ist es zum Laufen zu weit, es gibt aber Parkplätze in der Stadt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein kleines und sehr gemütliches Haus!!! Genialle Terasse!!!

Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub in Laura´s Haus sehr genossen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Wetter, das Haus, die Terasse. Es war genauso wie beschrieben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Laura und Ihren Mann. Wir kommen wieder. Viele Grüße an Mama!

That was a very enjoyable stay,loved every minute of it. Location is perfect, close to the beach ,shops,restaurants etc.You can really feel Italian character in every corner there. Exactly what we were coming for. Easy to find, Laura is a very hospitable owner, seemed to think through every detail to make our stay unforgettable.Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a smooth and trouble-free stay. We are very grateful to her for renting it to us.Really recommend it! If we ever decide to come back to that part of the world we will be definitely staying there.Grazia mille!)

Super Urlaub

Also meinem Freund, unserem dreijährigen Sohn und mir hat er Urlaub super gefallen. Die Terrasse ist echt super. Wer allerdings morgens gerne Filterkaffee trinkt,sollte sich von Zuhause Filtertüten mitbringen. Wir haben in keinem Laden welche gefunden. Wer Sandstrand sucht sollte nach bussana fahren. Kostet zwar was,aber grade mit Kindern ein Traum. Unser kleiner könnte ca. 20 Meter ins Meer laufen und das Wasser stand ihm erst am Bauchnabel. Nach 20 Metern wurden Felsmauern aufgesetzt, damit keine Wellen ans Ufer gelangen. Und zum Klettern und Schnorcheln auch super. Laura und Nino sind sehr nett, nur sprechen Sie leider fast nur italienisch. Zu unserem Glück war Lauras Schwester grade zu Besuch und sie spricht perfekt englisch 😊

Wohlfühlfaktor für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Lauras Ferienwohnung! Auch die dazugehörige Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf das Meer wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen. Besonder möchte ich die den herzlichen Kontakt zu Laura und ihrer Schwester erwähnen die uns bei allen Belangen behilflich waren!!! Wenn wir das nächste mal nach Sanremo fahren sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder Gäste von Laura !

Nous avons profité de notre séjour à San Rémo dans des conditions extrêmement agréables. Laura est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins la maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée la terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue sur la mer et le port et une vue sur les hauteurs qui dominent San Rémo

Well functioning little pearl

In Lauras little house, you will find everything you need to make your stay pleasant. We spent a week here, where everything is neet, proper and cosy. When you come home from the beach or sightseeing, you can relax on the terrace in front of the house with a fantastic view over Sanremo. Laura and her husband are friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé trois semaines parfaites dans cette petite maison au calme et tout confort!! C'était un plaisir de se lever et d'admirer la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse... On ne s'en est pas lassé.. Laura, la propriétaire est toujours disponible pour nous donner des conseils et prendre soin de nous, elle est d'une gentillesse exemplaire! Merci Laura pour votre accueil! Ottimo rapporto Qualità-Prezzo

Piacevolissimo soggiorno, panorama stupendo, casetta graziosa e ben accessoriata, comodissima (a piedi) al mare ed al centro di Sanremo, ma con il vantaggio di esserne fuori, immersi nella natura, all'ombra degli ulivi. Cordialissimi, Laura e il marito, discreti e disponibili in ogni occasione. Wolly, il nostro boxer, si è subito sentito a suo agio e gli piacerebbe ritornare. Vedremo di accontentarlo... Laura e Lucio
