Quiet villa near the beach of La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, in an environment surrounded by nature, ideal to rest from the noise of the city. The Andalusian-style house has all the comforts to accommodate a maximum of 8 people on a 1000 m² plot with a spectacular private pool and a hut that has a small kitchen. The house is 10 minutes walk from the muddy beach and numerous supermarkets within a radius of 1.5 km.
The house is ideal for families with children for its tranquility and large garden area. The 8x5 m and 1.20-1.80 m deep pool has a shallow area with seating, ideal for children. The outdoor area has two terraces and 5 sun loungers, in addition to a hut equipped with a small kitchen and barbecue, ideal for spending the day outside and enjoying the pool without using the house, outdoor service and pool shower.
One of the bedrooms is in a module independent of the main house, said bedroom has two single beds, one of 90 cm and another of 105 cm, a private bathroom and closets.
The main house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with bath and shower and three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed 150 cm and a dressing room. The other two bedrooms are equipped with a bunk of 90x200 cm.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The bus stop is 3 minutes away but the car is essential to get to know the area well. .
