Beautiful traditional house situated in the historical center of Porto Colom, 150m2, one floor. The house is located in the most typical and quiet area of Portocolom, 1 minute from the sea in the area of the famous barracks, built in the nineteenth century by fishermen, where they are moored llaüts (typical traditional wooden boats). This is a very authentic place with great beauty and charm, ideal for enjoy a quite walking. Here is also a residential area where neighbors will always spend whole summer here. A 3 -5 minutes by car or bicycle or 10 minute walking, you will arrive at a beautiful cove located in a pristine natural area called S'Algar. There are also the two beaches of El Arenal, located near the harbor entrance, along the road leading to the famous lighthouse of Portocolom. They have parking, two bars, restaurants, showers, umbrellas, hammocks, disabled access ramp etc. Another great beach is Cala Marçal. You can see many more things of Portocolom and surroundings. The best way to see more is take a car or bike, or maybe bus (bus station just 10 minutes walking from the house) find out more place of Porto Colom and Mallorca by yourself. The house has one main entrances; couch; TV. Two armchairs very comfortable; dining room: table and stretchable, chimney. Rooms:. Room No. 1: can be sleep 2 adult with 1 baby (optional crib). Room No. 2: Dobel baby. All rooms are airy and feature bright windows. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, stove with oven and four hotplates, all kinds of cutlery, glasses, utensils etc.-Bathrooms: 2 bathroom with shower and also one outdoor shower on the patio to cool off when you back to the beach.
