Beautiful spacious house, close to the Sidmouth coast in Sidbury

The Foundry, part of The Old Coach House is a well presented, characterful 16th Century property containing 2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6. It is ideally situated in the picturesque village of Sidbury, close to the coastal town of Sidmouth.

The house has a large kitchen dining area with ample seating for everyone, snug and shower room on the ground floor and a triple aspect large lounge with DVD library and log burner on the first floor. There are two good sized bedrooms, one twin with a separate bathroom with free standing bath and walk in shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large shower ensuite, There is also a laundry room with a washer.

The foundry has a courtyard with private parking for up to two medium size cars.
(If you are a larger party, or would like additional guests, you can also rent the third floor that has three extra bedrooms and two bathrooms. This will not be available unless requested at additional cost).

***We accept up to 2 dogs, at fifty pounds for 1 dog, per stay, Eighty pounds for 2 dogs per stay*** Dogs will need to have proof of up to date flea treatment.

Sidbury is a stunning, mainly thatched, village. It has a great, little pub and a well stocked Butchers/local shop. It is the perfect location to explore so many of the near by towns, villages and beaches. It is a 10 minute drive to Honiton, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe and 25 minutes to Lyme Regis. The quaint, seaside town of Budleigh Salterton is just 25 minutes away as well. We have an excellent bus service, which runs frequently and until about 11.30pm from Sidmouth.
