Villa built entirely of Modica stone, unique and original architecture, typical of the place. It is located in the countryside, quiet and safe and is 2 km from the town. The villa has a large garden with swimming pool and whirlpool. I live next door so I'm available for anything. The garden and the pool is shared with me the owner and other possible 4/6 guests. Near the villa there is a farm with milk, cheese, eggs and seasonal vegetables. DAILY CLEANING ARE INCLUDED AND OFFERED POOL HEATED UPON REQUEST WITH EXTRA PAYMENT
