The Hideaway - Norfolk Holiday Homes

This deceptive house is in a hidden central position to enjoy everything this popular seaside town has to offer. With full gas central heating the house is a cosy autumn/winter retreat to escape to if a summer holiday is not appealing. With local shops and supermarket only a few minutes walk, the car can be left behind. Electric vehicle charger.

The Hideaway is well furnished and equipped to a very good standard, and with an extremely spacious lounge having 52" Freeview TV, with dining area to one end, offers ample social living for the whole family.

Ground floor; Entrance into lobby with cloaks area and separate WC. Door to lounge with staircase just inside and a large assortment of toys and games , plus buckets and spades. The dining area is at the back of the lounge and an archway leads through to the modern kitchen with rear door to the enclosed patio garden.

First floor: landing with two bedrooms; one with a king plus en suite shower room having shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 2 with twins (converting to superking), plus patio doors. These open onto the roof top balcony with furniture to enjoy distant sea views, sunsets and chilling out on warm summer evenings. Large family bathroom having bath, washbasin and WC. Both rooms have TV’s.

Parking; Two cars only In the gravel drive in front of the house (would take 3 small cars). Street parking available for extra cars.

The Hideaway, Hunstanton

Good overall. Great location in a lovely family orientated seaside town. Lots to see and do within an hours drive. There were a few cleanliness issues which were disappointing but the main issue for us was the uncomfortable beds. Glad to be home to be able to have a good night's sleep where I don't wake up with back ache. We would definitely come back to Nolfolk but will stay elsewhere.

Great place

Hunstanton was a great place to stay, despite the poor weather. The property was great too, fully equipped, clean and in a nice peaceful and accessible location. It was not the originally planned property (which had an issue with a neighbouring property a few days before arriving), but more than met our expectations.

Property is near all amenities in Hunstanton yet very quiet. Well equipped clean and comfortable.

Lovely property

The property was great and ticked a lot of boxes on our list of criteria, but as one of our party was 90 years old it wasn't perfect. However, I would recommend it as ideal for families with young children as it is close enough to walk to the beach and amusements, and also very handy for the supermarkets.
