The cottage is on the first and last floor with a separate entrance.
The terrace has a breathtaking view. It is equipped with a barbecue and a large shed for dining with friends.
The house consists of a double room, a small room with two bunk beds and a small living room with a kitchenette equipped with a two-seater sofa.
Small garden with hot shower, private parking, private access to the sea.
All of this is in a condominium garden of about 1000 square meters.
Two kilometers from Anzio, 500 meters from the Anzio Cologne train stop, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and pizzerias.
The terrace has a breathtaking view. It is equipped with a barbecue and a large shed for dining with friends.
The house consists of a double room, a small room with two bunk beds and a small living room with a kitchenette equipped with a two-seater sofa.
