a) Ground floor with sitting room / kitchen; a bathroom with a toilet and a drive that can be used as a car park. The house is gated. There are both front and back terraces. There is a front garden while the terrace is adjoined by another garden.
b) First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms lead into a large front terrace
Closeness to train station and the beach:
Lavinio train station (7 stops from Rome Termini), and about 1 kilometers from the Lavinio sea
Furniture: a) Ground floor is partially furnished with refrigerator, deep freezer, stove, microwave oven, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery; b) The master bedroom is air-conditioned and fully furnished with wardrobe, bed (plus accessories) and dressing table. The second room is furnished with bed.
