Elegant and welcoming country house surrounded by a 5000 square meter garden with olive trees, marine pines and cypresses. Located in the Pontine plain from which it is possible to reach the city of Rome with 30 minutes by car and the sea with 10 minutes.
The morning awakening will be enlivened by the crowing of the cock and the scents of the countryside.
You can live days of true relaxation with the possibility to enjoy outdoor evenings tasting typical local products and barbecue in the garden.
In the surroundings you can visit the Gardens of Ninfa, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, the Neronian cities of Anzio and Nettuno and all the characteristic villages of the Lepini Mountains with Castles and Abbeys. Trips to the islands of Ponza and Ventotene can be organized,

Amazing House near Latina with nice hosts.

We had an amazing time in Babaras and Massimos house. Highly recommend to stay in this cozy house, with a nice pool and great hosts. They will alleyways available to help and had good recommendations for us.

Perfect host to stay with family

We stayed 3 days as family. They welcomed us with warn and nice behavior and gave us traditional pasta with native olive oil, fresh eggs from their own hens and fresh tomatoes from the farm. I may strongly recommend to all people especially who have children and would like to swim in a private pool, to see rooster, lovely dog of farm

Dear Barbara e Massimo, thank you so much for this wonderful time at your place. You were always taking care, being friendly, having suggestions for us what to do, even arranged the doctor's appointment for us and went with us. We enjoyed our stay with you very much! We enjoyed the pool which was available at any time. We can highly recommend this place, the owners are very friendly and open and you have your privacy at the same time. The appartment is well equipped and very nice and has its private entrance and terrace. It's located just across a little supermarket which comes very handy. The cat and dog are precious :-)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit lauer Köstlichkeiten wie frische Tomaten, ein Topf Basilikum, Pizza, Kaffee und Wein auf dem Tisch empfangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und frei auf dem Gelände gefühlt. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die Vermieter bewohnen den Rest des Hauses und sind jederzeit für Fragen oder Tipps verfügbar. Barbara hat uns lauter Tipps für Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants aufs Handy geschickt. Ihr Hund, der sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegt, hat uns gerne besucht. Morgens weckt einen der Hahn. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, der eigentlich alles hat, was man braucht.Die kilometerweiten Strände Richtung Süden waren Anfang September schön leer. Wir haben noch den Garten von Ninfa und Sermoneta besucht, sehr lohnende Ausflugsziele. Während der 9 Tage haben wir keine anderen Deutsche getroffen, nur italienische Touristen.Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Urlaubsziel!

Un agréable séjour de 7 nuits chez Barbara, Massimo et Alice qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est spacieux, comfortable avec une piscine très appréciable par ces températures !Proche des plages comme nettuno ou latina ainsi que de la gare pour ce rendre à Rome ! In der Nähe von Rom

Zu allererst ein großes Dankeschön an Barbara, Massimo und Alice. Wir haben vom 20.07.-31.07.2025 gebucht.Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten schon ab 9Uhr morgens einchecken. Für uns perfekt, so konnten wir bereits den Abend am Vortag losfahren und waren somit in der Nacht am Brenner und konnten ohne Stau passieren. Wir waren dann gegen 11uhr angekommen und wurden bereits persönlich erwartet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt ( auf Englisch). Danach hatte uns Barbara alle möglichen Informationen als link per WhatsApp geschickt (Strände, Restaurants, welcher Bahnhof ideal für die Anreise nach Rom geeignet ist). Wichtig ist zu sagen dass ihr ein Auto benötigt um zum Bahnhof zu gelangen— für uns kein Problem). Die Unterkunft selber war sauber, gepflegt und wenn doch mal etwas gefehlt hat, haben sich die Gastgeber sofort darum gekümmert. Das Herzstück war natürlich der riesige Pool. Wir wurden ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen dass er auch gern nachts benutzt werden kann. Er ist auch wunderschön beleuchtet. Das Wetter war zu dieser Jahreszeit regelmäßig über 30 grad Celsius. Perfekt für den Pool und Strand. Für uns war es auch in Rom super wer es warm mag. Auch der abreisetag war entspannt. Wir sind 16 Uhr abgefahren und konnten so in Ruhe packen und nochmal den Pool genießen. So hatten wir nur um Rom ein wenig Verkehr und konnten den Brenner auch wieder nachts ohne Stau passieren. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner urlaub

Prachtige uitvalsbasis Rome en strand

Super Gäste und sehr schönes Haus

Die Gäste Barbara e Massimo sind goldig, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen (auch mit Leckereien aus dem Garten) und haben uns sehr vieles Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Sie sind im Fall von Fragen immer verfügbar aber gleichzeitig sehr diskret falls man seine Ruhe will. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, dazu steht ein Einkaufsladen auf der anderen Straßenseiten sowohl als auch eine Bar für den Caffee am morgen zum Beispiel. Vom Haus aus ist es sehr günstig um mit dem Zug nach Rom zu kommen (15 min. zum Bahnhof und dann 30 min Zug bis Roma Termini). Es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe. Last but not least, das Pool ist hervorragend (10-12m lang), auch mit etwas Schatten am Ende des Tages. Unsere Kinder haben es ordentlich benutzt :-) Grazie Barbara e Massimo!

Nette Vermieter, großes Grundstück mit Pool

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief immer problemlos und uns wurde bei allen Fragen weiter geholfen. Zur Begrüßung und auch zum Abschied gab es jeweils ein kleines Geschenk. Unseren Kindern hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Man war auf dem Grundstück immer für sich. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt bei dem man alles notwendige bekommt. Selbst Sonntag hat dieser geöffnet. Richtung Strand gibt es frisches Gemüse und Obst direkt vom Erzeuger zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am nächsten Strand. Zum größeren Einkauf gibt es in Latina alles was man benötigt. Außerdem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung viele kleine schöne Städte, die man erkunden kann. Einfach Barbara und Massimo ansprechen. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in der Region und können die Gegend und das Haus weiter empfehlen.

Nous venons de passer 2 très bonnes semaines chez nos hôtes aux petits soins pour nous. Discrets mais disponibles. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, dans un très joli jardin et surtout avec une magnifique piscine. Supérette très appréciable à quelques mètres. Proximité de Rome avec accès relativement facile (Parking à 1.5 € la journée à Cinecitta et métro direct). Séjour de détente et très bonne adresse à recommander !!!

Sehr,sehr nette Vermieter, Schönes Grundstück, toller Pool

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, und bekamen eine kurze Hausführung. Das W-lan war gut. Eine Flasche Wein des eigenen Weinstocks stand für uns schon bereit ( lecker). Die Vermieter wohnen auch in dem Haus, wir waren aber völlig für uns, bei Fragen waren Massimo und Barbara sofort für uns mit Rat und Tat da. Der Pool war einfach klasse, wir waren froh bei über 30 Grad. Gegenüber des Grundstücks gibt es einen Supermarkt der sogar Sonntags geöffnet ist, Gemüse und Lebensmittel und ein sehr guter Fleischtresen. Morgens wurde man tatsächlich vom Hahn geweckt, das war nett. Wir waren 2x in Rom, mit dem Auto bis Cinecitta dort ist ein sehr günstiges Parkhaus und gegenüber die Metrostation. Das Tagesticket kostet 7 Euro. Angesehen haben wir uns Sermoneta ein schnuckeliges Bergdorf, Anzio, Gaeta, Nettuno war uns zu quirlig. Es gibt an jedem Tag der Woche Märkte die in der Nähe sind, Auch große Supermärkte und Lidl. In der Nähe gibt es einen schönen Strand, sprecht die Vermieter an um es zu finden. Alle anderen Strände sind im Sommer sehr voll. Sowieso sprecht gleich zu Beginn mit den Vermietern was ihr sehen möchtet, die beiden haben viele wichtige Hinweise und Möglichkeiten. Es gibt noch viel mehr zu sehen das muss bis zum nächsten Mal warten, durch die Hitze waren wir etwas ausgebremst. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Campagna, piscina e mare

Una casa che si trova in posizione strategica e facilmente raggiungibile per le spiagge più belle di Lazio. Ambiente fresco, silenzioso, pulito e di stile. I proprietari molto cortesi, piscina sempre pronta per gli ospiti. Alimentari di fronte casa, con prodotti locali freschissimi, e sempre sulla stessa via c’è un’ azienda di vendita frutta e verdura locali. Esterno ben curato, piacevole godere del cielo stellato e aria fresca e profumata di eucalipti. La vera perla di nostra permanenza sono state le persone Alice, Barbara e Massimo. Wonderful relaxing stay in the Lazio countryside

Lovely villa with private pool and large garden, less than an hour from Rome Ciampino and a great place for a relaxing chillout break from the UK. Well maintained and everything worked as it should do (though very few if any English speaking TV Channels, which was great to escape the news). We made plenty of use of the pool on the days we didnt go exploring but there is plenty to see with Rome historic centre, Castello Gandolfo and Nemi all under an hour in the inland direction. Beaches within about 10 mins (you can hear the waves depending on the wind direction) ,and a short drive along the coast to the nearest resorts of Nettuno and Anzio and St Felice and Terracina the other direction. As they live in the main part of the house Massimo, Barbara and Alicia were about in the evenings and mornings and gave us a welcome pack on arrival plus fresh tomatoes, peppers and aubergenes direct from his farm. A well stocked local supermarket directly across the road was super convenient and there was a bar about 100m away, which we didnt sample as we just chilled outside the villa instead. We ended the week with a family dinner with our hosts which was delicious, and a lovely end to our week away. Highly recommended for a relaxing break though a car is needed, plus keep a few euros for the seaside resort parking meters :-)

perfect because of its few imperfections

have to be a bit bias because frankly this is the sort of secret hideaway that one does not want anyone else finding out about! i honestly cannot praise this gem enough, its the type of place that 'pressurised time really does stop, am not going to go on and on boring readers, just if you'd like to get a sense of the lifestyle then take a bit of time an watch that film 'a walk in the clouds' it is not the plot or overall content that is similar, but the sheer warmth of the people is totally overpowering, and rome?, close enough for a 'tourist' visit and far away enough to forget!

Posto meraviglioso e molto rilassante, posizione ideale per visitare i dintorni...e da vedere c'è davvero tanto...casa stupenda, immersa nel verde ma a 5 minuti dal mare...
