About this property

Ideal villa for family holidays, well equipped, close to the sea!

A warm welcome!
Large villa close to the sea and ROME with a communal swimming pool during the summer season (1st June to 15th September). Villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, a large fully-equipped kitchen and three bathrooms.

The house is fully equipped (air-conditioning, broadband internet, individual safe) and has a beautiful, well-kept garden (hydrangea roses ....) with lemon, orange, mandarin, clementine and banana trees, as well as a lovely terrace.

Decreasing rates according to length of stay, tourist tax payable on site in cash, keys handed over by the owner or his representative.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

- Shared swimming pool open during the summer season: The swimming pool is shared and is open from the beginning of June to 15 September. It is supervised by a lifeguard and guests are required to wear a swimming cap.
- Cleaning is provided at each change of tenant, but if the condition of the villa requires extra cleaning, 100 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
- In the event of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), a supplement of 100 euros will be charged.

Perfect getaway

It was a perfect stay. The location and the property itself is beautiful. Thierry was a great host and great communication. It’s a short drive from Rome since it’s not within the city but it’s worth the drive. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

nice place to stay.

Very nice host. We arrived early and they got us in soon after we arrived. I think the only thing that was kinda weird is you have to weir a swimming cap in the pool, and it was hard to find. Other than that, it was clean, has all cooking utensils, very conferrable. we had a great time. Loved all the shops and grocery store so close.

Great place to stay

The house is a great place to stay if you want the comfort of a house with everything inside (TV, amazing kitchen). You can visit the community pool (be prepared to put on a bathing cap) after a short walk and enjoy the cool water. The host is great and communication was easy and replies fast. Since he was not actually in Italy everything happened over email which was not a problem for us. If you speak Italian the lady down the street can help you, too. Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping is just down the road.

Elegant and spacious stay

Our recent stay at the villa exceeded all our expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious, cozy, and clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Furthermore, we felt very secure during our stay as there was a security guard present 24/7. The local people were also very welcoming and nice, which added to the overall positive experience. In addition, the location of the villa was perfect for us. We were walking distance to several local food spots and a supermarket, which was literally at the entrance of the street. Furthermore, there was a local bus that ran in the area from and to the closest station (Anzio station), and the bus stops were located right across from the supermarket. This made it very convenient to get around the area even without a car. However, we would consider getting a car next time as the lack of Uber or Freenow in the area made it a bit difficult to get around. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Villa ok but location isn’t great

The villa overall is comfortable for a group of 10. However the location to access the sea side isn’t great - to get to the sea side it’s more than 20 mins walk in a road that it’s full of abandoned cars and rubbish, so taking a car it’s recommended. We had some problems in cooking as there is a induction cooker that made the electricity shut down, the owner send someone trying to fix it but still the cooker wasn’t great. In addition, I have been charged to replace the whole cooker for what the owner claims to be an aesthetic accidental damage. No one in my family seen or claimed to have cause the damage, so I d recommend you to ask for an inventory while handing in the house keys back, to avoid unreasonable and unexpected charges.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée

La maison est spacieuse dedans et dehors, nombreux équipements de qualité (notamment la literie), salles de bains et wc nombreux, on y trouve tout pour vivre comme chez soi, Thierry est très réactif, de très bons conseils. Encore merci à lui. Merci encore à lui.

Gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Villa

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft "Villa Carina" sehr schön. Zwei Bäder waren neu und sehr schön. Küche und auch der Außernbereich ebenfalls sehr einladend. Die Schlafzimmer waren etwas älter, aber dennoch voll ausreichend. Generell hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, vor allem das Geschirr musste vor Benutzung erst gespült werden. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief reibungslos, antwortet innerhalb weniger Stunden zuverlässig. Für Check in und Check Out sind Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Generell wäre es für Touristen sehr hilfreich, Tipps in naher Umgebung für Restaurants, Ausflüge und den Shuttlebus zum Strand zu bekommen. Generell Empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Amazing villa

Stayed with a couple of friends in villa Carina during the summer of ‘22. Lovely, spacious house with amazing garden and thick walls (no noise). Would really recommend. Only downside is the lack of taxi’s in the area.

Herrlicher Urlaub, gute Ausstattung, super Lage

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Nähe zu Rom als auch das Meer und Pool um die Ecke ermöglichten einen sehr flexiblen Urlaub, indem allen Wünschen nachgegangen werden konnten. Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand/sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Nur die Spülmaschine war schlecht, da eine Vorreinigung des Geschirrs notwendig war, um es sauber zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und wir haben einige gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants bekommen.

Fabulous home with shared pool in a Mediterranean beach resort undiscovered by non-Italians.

The property is beautiful, the house is large and comfortable and the kitchen is filled with everything you could want and more-more dinnerware, cutlery and glasses than you have at home. The owner and property manager were welcoming and helpful, and the welcoming gifts were so appreciated. We were there for two weeks and our smallest number was 7 and one night we were a full house with 11. We ranged from 4 years old to 71 and everyone loved their time at the villa. Great restaurants, beach, and grocery shopping within walking distance. An amazing find. Thank you Thierry!!!

Bellissima Villa

La casa e molto grande e confortevole. Presenti riscaldamenti, condizionatori e camino al salone (non è fornita legna). Gentile il proprietario, molto disponibile la signora che fornisce le chiavi e fa il check in. Al piano superiore sono presenti 3 camere ed un bagno. Al piano terra ampio salone, grande cucina, una camera a vetri, bagno e lavanderia. Uniche 2 pecche una perdita dal bidet del bagno superiore ed una doga del letto che cadeva perché rotta. Per il resto perfetta.

Gemütliches Haus

Unseren Aufenthalt fanden wir angenehm. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Es bietet genügend Platz für alle. Das Haus war sauber und voll ausgestattet. Sehr zufrieden sind wir mit der Ausstattung in der Küche. Uns wurden sogar Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Check- in und check-out problemlos. Was wünschenswert wäre, ein eigener Pool. Weil der Gemeinschaftspool war für die Kinder wenig geeignet. Sehr rutschiger Boden und wenig. Schatten. Die Lage ist top. Alles nötige erreicht man auch zu Fuss. Den Strand erreicht man per Shuttlebus was im Preis inbegriffen ist oder mit dem privaten Fahrzeug. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Heel fijn huis. Alles voorhanden. Jammer dat de airco boven op de gang hing en niet in elke kamer apart. Er is een mooi en ruim zwembad aanwezig voor verschillende woningen maar helaas hadden we een hele strenge zwembadopzichter waardoor de kinderen niet volop konden spelen.

Super séjour en Italie

Belle propriété, bien située près de Rome que l’on peut rejoindre facilement en prenant le train (gare à 10 minutes en voiture, puis 40 minutes de train). Plages à proximité, ambiance sympathique et excellent accueil des résidents et commerçants. Peu de touristes étrangers, c’est donc une réelle immersion dans le pays. La maison est grande bien entretenue et donc idéale pour un séjour en famille. Maison très agréable. Je recommande.

Une agréable villa, très bien située. À deux pas de la plage, les commerces sont juste à côté et les environs sont très intéressants. La maison est très spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et jamais avare de renseignements si vous voulez visiter Rome et ses environs ! Cette location est idéale pour les familles qui veulent allier Rome et la plage.
