Villa in a residential area on the sea with entrance large garden with barbecue and fruit trees, terraces, veranda for outdoor dining. Inside spread over 3 levels so 'compounds:
Ground floor; living-room kitchen and bathroom.
First floor; 2 double bedrooms, large balcony and bathroom.
Second floor; large bedroom with 6 beds balcony and bathroom.
Each floor then has one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden of the property, and (only the first floor) overlooking the sea.
It 'a parking space in a private area with closed gate and a few meters there beach and facilities.
The ideal place to spend the holidays in complete relaxation with their children a few miles from Rome.
Structure recommended for families with children, the square footage and layout of the rooms is also ideal for two / three families.

Ardea Villa

The Villa was spacious, but needed a few things added to make it more convenient for a family, which is what this Villa is aimed at. A Microwave would be useful, more racks in the oven as one is not enough. The TV needs to be sattelite connected or free view as we used an IPad to get the programmes we wanted and yes famalies will have evenings in. If possible full WiFi rather than a SIM. Lastly, seating. With the potential for sleeping 8 people a settee for 3 is not enough. Stefano however was very good in his welcome and the final meeting. We wish you well.

Great location, everything you need for a short stay.

Very good place to take a rest close to sea and far from city noise. We enjoyed eating out on the patio. Stefano was friendly and helpful. We had a nice mini-vacation here. (Grazie mille, Stefano!)

Net en comfortabel appartement met veel ruimte, dichtbij zee

Het appartement heeft een handige indeling en is netjes bijgehouden. Er zijn voldoende bedden voor een grote groep, twee badkamers, een goed werkende keuken en een tuin met balkon en terras en barbecue. De auto kun je bij het appartement kwijt. Mooi strand en zee vlakbij, slechts de straat oversteken. Omgeving zeer Italiaans, enigszins slordige aanblik. We hoorden tegenstrijdige berichten over de kwaliteit/schoonheid van het zeewater ter plekke. Supermarkt, pizzeria en ijssalon op loopafstand. Privacy prima, al maakt het appartement deel uit van een groter huis waar ook andere bewoners zijn.

Abbiamo passato splendidamente il weekend di Pasqua in 12 persone. Proprietario disponbile e cordale. Consigliatissimo per la vicinanza al mare e ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

très bon séjour

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison dispose de toutes les commodités, située idéalement au bord de la mer et aux portes de Rome, nous avons pu alterner visites des plus beaux sites romains et détente à la plage. Stefano nous a parfaitement accueilli et s'est montré très disponible . Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cette villa pour des vacances réussies.

soggiorno di giugno

siamo appena tornati dal soggiorno passato nell' abitazione di Stefano, persona molto socievole e responsabile, e bisogna dire che la posizione della casa è ottima per vivere il mare, e soprattutto è confortevole e con tutti i requisiti che rendono il soggiorno come se si fosse a casa. Personalmente con un bimbo piccolo non sempre potevamo andare in spiaggia e il giardino esterno e gli ampi spazi hanno reso piacevole anche vivere la casa.

Wunderschöne Villa, direkt am Meer

Wunderschöner Urlaub direkt am Meer, weit vom Touristenwirbel. Sehr schöne Villa, Platz für alle, sowohl draußen als auch drin. Danke sehr für Ihre Gastfreundschaft Herr Stefano !
