The property was deceptively spacious. Despite renovations are ongoing, they did not intrude on our stay. Everything worked as it should, although we did not use the kitchen facilities, except for the fridge. Our host, Francesco, was excellent. A lovely chap who was very helpful with recommendations etc. If we ever return to Pisa, we would book again. Perfect for us.

Communication with Francesco was top notch! He greeted us and gave us lots of advice of what to do in the area. The building was under construction, so it wasn’t too appealing when we first arrived, but the overall apartment is big and beautiful! Also the details say that breakfast is included, but that has not been updated. We did find plenty of places to eat nearby. We, my family of 4, enjoyed our brief visit in Pisa staying here!

A property is immaculate. Its location is excellent, a nice, easy walk away from the main sights. The host is very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was provided which paralleled a 5 start hotel's selection. Highly recommend.
