Set in the quiet location of Hotel Parador area, this gorgeous villa offers a wonderful sense of tranquillity, while the centre of Nerja and Burriana Beach are within a 10-minute walk. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Villa Buganvilla is next door to our Villa Jazmines and there is a communicating door which can be opened for larger groups. All of our other properties in the Parador area are also very nearby.The villa is built over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen, a lounge and a dining room from which patio doors lead out on to a covered porch where you can enjoy diners al fresco and the terraces and pool area. There is also a WC on this level. Upstairs on the first floor is one king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony and two twin bedrooms sharing a further full bathroom. This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. There is free street parking in the streets around the villa. This villa has a good-sized terrace area with a private pool (length 3.8m x 2.65m and depths 1m -1.5m), pool table, table tennis table, garden furniture, barbecue and 6 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included.
