Excellent property

More attention to cleaning. The table outside was covered with red sauce. When I moved the toaster, the worktop had crumbs.

8/10 Good

Great Location, small and shaded outdoor area

Our villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and there was good communication from the staff beforehand. This is a modern villa compared to the older ones in the other block down the road. It had a shared access with four other villas. The parking arrangements were tight but we did not have a car. The outdoor area is a little bit small due to the garage area blocked off, compare to the villas either side of this one. Also there is a large tree to the south of property that cuts off the sunlight for a number of hours during the day to the backyard, resulting in a cold pool during our business in late May. Most of the things are out of your control that are negative about this villa. It is inferior property compared to the ones either side in my opinion, which is not reflected in the price. I would stay again but would not choose this video if possible.

Thank you very much for your detailed review and for taking the time to share your experience. We are very pleased to hear that you found the villa clean and tidy upon arrival and that you appreciated the communication from our team before your stay. We would just like to mention that Villa Valeria, Villa Bonilla, Villa Catalina and this villa were all built at the same time, so they are all equally modern and newly built properties from the same development. The photos of the villa also accurately reflect the exterior space, and in reality all of the villas are very similar in size. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate it and very much hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Kind regards, Nerja Paradise Rentals Team

Reluctant guest review

Since we liked the accommodation and family ownership so much, we are reluctant to share our feelings with others who would probably vie for renting these accommodations with us. Many hotels and resorts use words such as “ valued guests”, “we’ll be right there to help” but have little intent to follow through. With Paradise Rentals, Aaron, Caroline, José, DO follow through immediately with everything. Before check out, they asked if we saw anything that could be improved for the next guests. Excellent, exceptional, Espléndido! We are returning in 2024 Feb, March. Don’t compete with us please.

Super recomendable
