Capacity for 4 people. 2 bedroom duplex. This duplex apartment has 2 bedrooms downstairs with a separate bathroom. It is furnished with furniture from Mallorca and has 2 large balconies overlooking the sea and the pool. Going up a spiral staircase (there is 1 door at the top of the safety stairs) (not suitable for people with mobility problems because it is a duplex and has stairs). large living room, dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large balcony overlooking the pool, gardens, Cala Ferrera beach, and the sea . Community pool, gardens and patio. Air conditioning. The beach is in front of the property for approximately 1 min. The apartment overlooks the beach of Cala Ferrera. It is a very quiet complex and at the same time, IS close to all services, bars, shops, etc. Cala D'or city center is a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for families with children and groups of friends, due to the safety of the beaches. There are 2 other beaches within 5 minutes walk: Cala Serena and Cala Esmeralda.

Great location

Great property near lovely beach

Rubi was very helpful and the apartment is lovely in a quiet area and near to restaurants. The pool area is ideal especially for children as there is an attached shallow pool. Would be happy to return again.

Perfect location

Super apartment in perfect position right beside Cala Ferrera beach. Although busy in peak season, we always found somewhere close to park. Everything in resort within walking distance. We rented a car to explore the island further. Rubi is an amazingly helpful host. Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC

This apartment was outstanding - decorated and equipped to a very high standard. It is five minutes to the beach and a local shop which sells everything. The apartment has an excellent lay out and is immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this superb spacious, beautiful apartment. It was fantastic.

Brilliant

Beautiful apartment. Two balconies - both get the sun. Spotlessly clean apartment. Clean, quiet pool. Perfect location - can walk to a gorgeous beach in 2 mins, and to the restaurants/shops in 5. iews of the sea. Boat trips from that beach too. Rubi was really helpful too - great host. Excellent holiday home

Immaculately clean, spacious holiday home. Air conditioining in the large living room and both bedrooms was very welcome in August. Both balconies overlooking the pool meant that we could keep an eye on our children without having to be in the pool ourselves - great. Conveniently located near two beaches, a couple of supermarkets and restaurants with Cala D'Or a short stroll away. Well positioned for exploring too if like us, you have a hire car. Rubi made the whole experience of renting both easy and enjoyable from prompt replies to our original enquiries through to her help when we arrived. We can highly recommend this apartment for an unforgettable family holiday.

Lovely apartment

Great apartment was very clean and comfortable. Rubi was lovely and met us at the apartment on our arrival. Showed us around the apartment and how everything worked. We really liked the 2 terraces. There was plenty of towels even some for swimming. The pool was down a flight of stairs and the beach only 2 mins from the apartment. There was a handy little supermarket a short walk away. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway

Great apartment lovely terraced with gorgeous view and good bedrooms. And lounge Only worry is internal staircase is very difficult and a bit dangerous and requires a hand rail as soon as possible. Check in was a difficult as we had to carry our cases right round the back lots of steps. To be fair Rubi got her son to help on the way back which was great. Nice restraunts around supermarket nearby and the pool area is brilliant very relaxing. Once settled we really enjoyed our stay and Rubi helped.when needed even got us some tonic water!

Penny’s 30th holiday celebration

We were met by Rubi who really made us welcome and explained everything. The property was light and airy and had everything we needed. The balcony views were fabulous. A very short walk down to the beautiful Cala ferrera beach that had a great beach bar and a man selling fresh fruit. Fabulous!!! We didn’t cook at all so can’t comment on that but was everything there if you needed to. We used the pool a couple of times which was lovely. At check out Rubi very kindly let us leave our luggage on the balcony while we used our last couple of hours around the pool. An absolutely wonderful stay just perfect for us. Thank you Rubi.

Great stay in Great apartment

We stayed 16 nights in this apartment and were very pleased! The apartment is fresh, bathrooms are excellent, quality air conditioning in both bedrooms and upstairs in the livingroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Perfect location, both in the complex and in general. Direct stairs from the balcony outside the master bedroom to the pool area, perfect view over the pool, and another stair down to the beach. The pool was good, somedays very quiet other days a bit more crowded but always enough space. Rubi is a very caring host, who cares a lot for her guests. Thank you Rubi.

A lovely family holiday

Lovely apartment, ideal for families, great location, a few minutes walk from Cala Figuera beach, with views of the sea from the top balcony. The apartment is situated over looking the pool which is great for sunbathing and relaxing before jumping in to cool down. The apartment was great, split over 2 floors, bedrooms to the ground floor and living area to the 1st floor, well equipped and spacious. The owner, Rubi, was very helpful and explained all we needed to know when we arrived. Only issue for people with limited mobility would be the spiral staircase. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend the apartment and location. Thank you

Lovely Apartment

We have just returned home from a wonderful two weeks in this spacious and well cared for and well equipped apartment. I must mention the large bathroom downstairs, it reminded me of a Japanese style with very large shower. It is ideally located for the multitude of restaurants in Cala Dor being a fifteen minute stroll to the centre. Located in Playa Ferrera one minute from the beach which is accessible by a number of steps. There is a quiet pool which was never busy while we were there and often had the pool area to ourselves. I would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future.

Fabulous as always.

Rubi met us as agreed to show us around, this being our third time here however it wasn't really necessary. She is very helpful and keen to be on hand should you have any problems/queries. The apartment is well equipped and modern. All rooms are tastefully decorated. My only concern now is the winding staircase to the bedrooms. This is an upside down apartment. For adults probably no worries but anyone with small children may struggle. Highly recommended. As you can see our third stay.

Wonderful Apartment and Owner

The apartment is fabulous, spacious and very clean with everything we needed. Rubi was a joy and very keen to ensure that everything was in working order. We arrived on an early flight and Rubi accommodated us by getting the apartment ready early which was very welcome. All amenities are with walking distance and the local supermarket has a lovely small bakery which opened at 8am, perfect for our needs. One small note, the balconies are over the pool, which could get quite noisy and the arrival of a group of young lads half way through the holiday did disturb us at times when they were round the pool. That said, the apartment and Rubi deserve their 5 STARS!!

Beautiful Cala Ferrera

We are a couple in our late 40s with a 16 year old . This apartment was perfect for us . We stayed for one week in August and the apartment is spacious and the Air conditioning so good ,it kept the rooms cool all day which was important as the weather was 35 degrees all week. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious and the pool was lovely. Cala Ferrera beach is just lovely and the beach restaurant was great for drinks. We walked in to Cala D’Or a few evenings and had a great time at Dugan’s Irish bar which had live music each night. We cooked at the apartment a couple of evenings also which was lovely , drinking wine watching night draw in. Karaoke bar and pool table available at the Carabel pub across the beach and to the right. Lovely steak place the other side of the beach also - Steakhouse Rancho. We hired a car and visited the Mondrago Nature Park and other beaches - we love this part of Majorca and would highly recommend. Would stay at Rubi’s apartment again and the area is quiet but 10-15 minute walk into some very lively nightlife . Rubi was great and very welcoming and friendly .

Lovely Spacious Apartment and Great Location

Great apartment and lovely location. Rubi was fantastic from enquiry to booking, meeting us at the apartment and answered any queries quickly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and quiet. The views and terraces were great and the shared pool was quiet with plenty of sun loungers. The apartment is on 2 floors reached by some stairs outside with the lounge and kitchen (plus wc/shower room) upstairs along with a big terrace for dining with sun loungers and the bedrooms are downstairs (spiral stair) with another larger terrace with loungers and gate to the pool. The bathroom downstairs had a great large shower and double sinks. Plenty of towels were provided along with some beach towels and the apartment was cleaned during our stay. WIFI was good and TV had lots of English channels (BBC, ITV etc.) It's a great location about 10-15 minute walk into centre of Cala d'Or and 20 minutes to the marina, but there are also some bars and restaurants nearby. We hired a car and it was good place to explore the island and many beaches and towns and had no problem parking on the road or in front of the apartment block. Overall we had a great time with our family and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Spacious, clean property

The property was very spacious, extremely clean and decorated and fitted out to a good standard. The air conditioning worked well and was very useful in the 35 degC heat. The spiral staircase took some getting used to and felt a little claustraphopic at first, but by the end of week it seemed normal, a stair gate was at the top for little ones. We must have had the noisiest neighbours for the first few days of our stay and you could hear every noise, especially them what seemed like, stomping up and down the stairs at 11pm every night, after that the next neighbours we didn't hear them at all. The kids loved the pool, adults didn't use it, only when they had a small child to look after, but it was the summer holidays with kids constantly diving in, (including my kids). You can see the pool from the balcony, so if you have older kids you can leave them in the pool, and just check on them from the balcony. The pool was clean and well kept. Easy stroll (less than 2 minutes) directly over the road and down some steps to to the beach which I must say was beautiful. Local amenities were within walking distance. Overall I would recommend the apartment for a nice base to explore the island or to sit by the beach and pool every day, it serves well for both.

I'm sorry there was the coincidence you had noisy neighbours, because usually this apartment everybody says it's very quiet because among other things the rooms were downstairs and the living room was upstairs and there are no neighbours that bother them when they're sleeping. Sun, sea and a great holiday!

My wife and I booked the apartment as part of a birthday trip for my mum’s 60th. The apartment was great - very spacious, airy and in a great location to Cala Ferrera beach & beach bar/cafe. If you’re someone with mobility issues or balance issues, this apartment might not be for you as the stairs between the two floors are a small, spiral staircase. There’s a lot of stairs around the property; front door, down the back (from the bedroom balcony to pool) & out the apartment at back. Few things, which I wish we were told when checking in: • The power for the apartment can be intermittent & go off on occasion. • The hot water is on a tank system, so can be difficult for everyone to have a shower back to back as the hot water quickly runs out! We found this out on our first night. • Parking is available but can be difficult. The car park on the image is for the beach so everyone parks there (spaces are limited). Parking at the front of the property is on street so busy! Rubi was lovely, but communication was tough due to poor English & her being flustered when she did arrive. We waited 25 mins in carpark, after travelling all day to check in as there is no key safe so she has to let you in. No manual so attempted to tell us info, which didn’t work. We left at 6am due to flight & had to leave key in sand-bucket as no where else. Advice would be to get a key safe & manual for better check in. Overall, lovely stay and would revisit.

The apartment is as described on the page, a duplex with spiral stairs not suitable for people with reduced mobility, (which was not the case with you.) Normally when I meet with the client I arrive in 5 minutes. And of course I like direct contact with the client, and normally the client feels more comfortable because if there is any problem I am there to solve it. They have waited 2 min. In the wasatpp it clearly indicates that after 2 min. After you sent me the message I went to the apartment and in 5 or 7 minutes at most I was there. Parking is on the street, and there are times when it costs a little more to park, but there is always somewhere. Keep in mind that the beach is right there and the convenience of grabbing a towel and taking a dip in 1 minute. Thank you very much for your stay. Greetings, Rubi

Brilliant stay in a lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed 10 nights in Rubi's lovely duplex apartment in early April. The apartment has a good sized lounge, 1 small bathroom upstairs and another family bathroom downstairs. It has 2 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a toaster, microwave, oven, hob and lots of utensils. There is no dish washer. The apartment is air conditioned in the lounge and both bedrooms. Aircon also serves as heating. We were in the apartment in early April and never cold. We had one small issue with the air conditioning that Rubi came out for and then checked again the day after to see if everything was OK. Very impressive. There are some nice views from the sunny balconies over Cala Ferrera beach and the Mediterranean. The apartment has a large well maintained shared swimming pool (estimate 10m x 4m) The pool is not heated so in April it's still quite cold. Overall the apartment is in a great location, walking distance to everything. There are sunbeds on the balconies and a table and chairs, as well as a parasol. There is free street parking available. The apartment has great internet connectivity (seems like a must almost nowadays with kids). The beach is about 2 minutes walk away. You'll have to go down approximately 54 steps and you'll end up on Cala Ferrera Beach which is a small beach, very suitable for kids as the slope into the sea is nice and gradual. On the beach is a mooring point for the "Starfish" boat, which is a small ferry boat to ferry to different parts of the island. Cala Ferrara is walking distance to Cala D'Or (about 5 - 10 minutes) where there are lots of lovely restaurants situated around a square. There are also supermarkets and various shops selling all sorts of things. There's also the "mini tren" (a small electric train) that goes through Cala D'or to the Marina. The Cala D'Or Marina is about 15 - 20 minutes walking (we have 2 young kids) and is very nice and has a calm feel about it. There are some lovely restaurants serving all types of Cuisine. Restaurant "the "the Old West" serves some great spare ribs (even the kids’ portions are massive) and was one of our kids favourite. If you fancy an English breakfast then you can get that in Cala D'or or there are some places in the Marina serving it, however it's not lost its Spanish touch, which is nice. We had a great stay in Rubi's apartment and while we generally don't go to the same place twice, we would consider coming back to this apartment. Muchos Gracias Rubi.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Maisonette-Wohnung 206 von Rubi im El Pino in Cala Ferrera. Die Wohnung im typisch mallorquinischen Stil ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein besonderes Highlight: Beide Terrassen bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf den Strand. Von der unteren Terrasse gelangt man direkt zum Pool, der täglich gereinigt und immer sauber und einladend war. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, die Lage perfekt – Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Rubi war jederzeit freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Rubi war pünktlich und nett.Die Wohnung war weitestgehend sauber, aber die Einrichtung inzwischen sehr in die Jahre gekommen.In den Schlafräumen und im Wohnzimmer gab es Klimageräte, allerdings waren sie ziemlich verdreckt, so dass wir sie nicht genutzt haben.Die Küchenutensilien waren ebenfalls alt, zusammengewürfelt und für die mögliche Personenanzahl nur unzureichend. Das schlimmste für uns waren aber die Besucher, wie Kakerlaken und Ameisen. Wir vermuten, dass diese über die Abflüsse in den Badezimmern in die Bäder gelangt sind.Die Anlage insgesamt war gepflegt, aber eben auch in die Jahre gekommen.Wir würden diese Anlage, trotz der Nähe zum Meer, nicht noch einmal buchen,

Leider entsprechen einige Dinge nicht der Realität. Die Möbel sind rustikal, nicht antik; das kann man in der Anzeige sehen, weshalb es nicht stimmt. Wenn dir eine andere Farbe gefällt, ist das Geschmackssache. Die Klimaanlage wird jedes Jahr gereinigt. Ich weiß nicht, warum sie angeblich nicht sauber ist; viele Leute haben hier übernachtet und sich nicht beschwert. Es kann gelegentlich einige Kakerlaken geben, wenn es heiß ist; das ist nicht unsere Schuld. Ich bot an, eine Reinigung durchzuführen und das zu überprüfen, aber das wollte er nicht. Das ist nicht normal. Das Meer ist direkt nebenan, und manchmal kann es bei zu großer Hitze einige geben; normalerweise gibt es keine. Die Anlage ist gut sauber und wird desinfiziert, außerdem gab es am Freitag eine Qualitätskontrolle und alles war in Ordnung. Die Kochutensilien. Die Gäste sagen, dass alles Notwendige und mehr für eine Ferienwohnung vorhanden ist; ich verstehe das nicht. Die Küchenutensilien. Ich glaube, es gibt jede Menge, sogar einen Mixer. Natürlich wird nicht jedem meine Wohnung gefallen, aber glücklicherweise kommen die meisten Gäste, die hier übernachtet haben, wieder und sind begeistert. Es tut mir leid, dass es Ihnen nicht gefallen hat, aber ich muss Ihnen leider auch sagen, dass einige Ihrer Aussagen nicht stimmen. Die gesamte Anlage ist familienfreundlich, ruhig und bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Nein, es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber die Gäste lieben es. Niemand zwingt Gäste, die in meiner Wohnung übernachtet haben, gute Bewertungen zu hinterlassen, und wie Sie sehen, sind fast alle gut. Niemand wird gezwungen, gute Kommentare zu hinterlassen. Dies ist eine ideale Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub. Das ist Ihre Meinung, genau wie meine, aber sie spiegelt nicht die Realität wider. Toller Urlaub, ein Apartment zum Weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Von dort aus kann man die Insel in allen Richtungen erkunden. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, Pool und der gesamten Anlage ist Top.Zu den 4 Betten, 1m x 2m, ist zu schreiben, dass sie sehr gut waren. Küche für 4 Personen okay (Besteck u. Geschirr) E-Artikel (Kaffeemasch., Herd, Kühlschrank) waren alle funktionstüchtig.Alles im allen ist die Wohnung eine gute Wahl.Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war freundlich und informativ.
