Our 33m2 apartment is located in the lively Krutenau district, a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and Little France. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The accommodation is ideal for enjoying Strasbourg on foot. Bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, cheese makers and wine merchants are 100m away. We will be happy to provide you with all our good addresses so that you can have a good time in this very popular district of Strasbourg. Composed of a bedroom with a lounge area, the apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen area is separate with a worktop, electric hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. you will also find a washing machine in the apartment. We can provide you with a baby cot. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

Nice apartment in very good location

The place is located at the very edge of the city center and is located in walking distance to every major spot in the city. Plethora of restaurants, bakeries in the nearby. A bit on the pricey end but worth it

The property is very central with minutes to restaurants and shops. It was clean and the owner was very responsive. However, my lack of research let me down as I didn’t realize this apartment was on the third floor of an old building in a pedestrian only area.As two women of 70 years of age, it was more than daunting that the uber driver was confused on where to drop us off and wheeling suitcases in the dark trying to find the entrance was concerning, but nothing compared to the huge sinking feeling we experienced when we realized the only way up to the apartment was a set of old winding wooden stairs. Someone watching us dragging our cases up the stairs and then down at the end of the stay would have been impressed or bent double with laughter.Something to note, there are two lockboxes on the wall and the right one is almost above your head. There were a couple of folding chairs in the apartment which we placed outside the bathroom and between the kitchen and living/bedroom to remind us of the step up or down and prevent falling especially at night. The almost foot up to the shower would have been less awkward if there was a bar or something to hold on to and the old wiring and lack of outlets was challenging.In closing, my recommendation is that this is a perfect place for young adventurers but I would advise older travelers to find alternative accommodation. The noise from the bar downstairs was not too bad and to be expected if you want to be central.

Nightmare

My friend and I walked in and let me say.....the actual property was much dingier and dirtier than the pictures represent. I don't know if the owner has been to the property in a while as she said she has a professional company clean it. No way. I have pictures I wish I could share here. The bed was dingy and only had a comforter and bottom sheet. And the comforter was dirty. The shower was dirty. We decided to leave because then my allergies started going crazy. . As we were leaving we noticed the ceiling in the hallway had caved in and there was black mold and mildew everywhere. I asked the owner for a refund and she refused. VRBO has been unresponsive. If they don't refund me I will never book any property with them again. In the past I've always had the best of luck. Do not book this property! I plan on posting pictures on the town's social media to warn all to stay away.

Positivo: buenĂ­sima ubicaciĂłn con todo cerca farmacia, cafeterĂ­a, etc. Muy bien equipada y todo muy limpio y bonito.Negativo: el edificio estĂĄ a mal traer, y justo abajo hay un bar, que estĂĄ abierto hasta las 04:00 se escucha el ruido de la gente y las sillas. Si no eres sensible al ruido y estĂĄs acostumbrado al ruido de la ciudad este piso es ideal para pasar algunos dĂ­as en una ciudad maravillosa.

GemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung

Perfekt fĂŒr einen Kurztripp nach Straßburg. Zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet mit GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, Trockner,.... Mit dem wlan hatten wir anfangs Probleme, die wurden aber schnell behoben.

TrÚs agréable séjour

Bien situé, dans un quartier sympa et animé, prÚs du TRAM et du centre historique. Toutefois, l'annonce n'est pas trÚs claire et il faut lire et regarder les photos avec attention pour comprendre la disposition des lieux. Quoique petit, l'appartement est cosy et bien agréable pour un court séjour. L'hÎtesse est réactive et arrangeante. Si c'était à refaire, je n'hésiterai pas !

Wunderschön aber laut

Tolle Lage. Egal in welche Richtung man ging, man war immer mitten im Geschehen. Einziger Kritikpunkt:direkt im Haus befindet sich ein Club, der von 18 Uhr bis 4 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das ist sehr laut, nsbesondere wenn die letzten GÀste um 4 Uhr die Bar verlassen. Ansonsten wunderbare Unterkunft in einer traumhaft schönen Stadt.

Que du bonheur, mais...!

Excellente prestation, emplacement idĂ©al Ă  tous points de vue, propriĂ©taire hyper rĂ©active et trĂšs sympathique! Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour! Deux dĂ©tails importants cependant pour les esprits chagrins : le quartier est trĂšs vivant jusque tard le soir, ce qui peut ne pas plaire Ă  tout le monde, et ceux que la lumiĂšre matinale dĂ©range (rideaux pas assez occultants) prĂ©voieront un masque pour les yeux. Les autres, comme nous, n'empĂȘcheront pas ces deux points de leur faire passer un excellent sĂ©jour! ;)
