Really enjoyed our stayed

It was a lovely clean and spacious 3 bedroom caravan we stayed in, the area was nice in jaywick and we was next to the beach.

Good value for money

We stayed at the caravan for 3 nights and overall it was a good experience.the caravan itself was a bit dated but it has everything needed for a getaway holiday.it was clean and access to it was easy and well organised.it was also located close to the entertainment venue,beach and reception which was great.would recommend to anybody lookong for easy break away.

1 Very dirty and dusty 2 Cutlery and plates dirty 3 Dirty stained sofas and cushions

We had a nice time with our daughter and grandchildren but even they cringed at some of the fixtures and fittings although the shower worked very well !

They are great value for money, and hugely popular with families, however due to their age they do have signs of wear and tear and historical maintenance . Half term break

Wish we had have been given more information about the holiday park when we arrived. The reception for the park is on the St Osyth Beach park (for laundry cards, swimming etc). Once we worked that out everything went well. The park is in close proximity to Clacton on Sea. Was also only a relatively short drive to Colchester which made for a nice day out. The caravan was comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. Was worried it would be cold but the heating was very good. Compared to other places that I looked at the price was extremely reasonable. There are several local takeaways who deliver to the park too which was a bonus! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another stay.

A nice break was had.

Property was fine, but was unclear about how to get passes and what they were needed for, Also, the food takeaway closed at 9pm, which was very disappointing. Thanks Lisa Harris.

Aug stay

Needs a though clean including ceilings and equipment checked as dirty or damaged and fell apart whilst using Certainly was not steam cleaned throughout! Wires galore in the bedrooms and extension leads plugged into another extension lead Fire in the living area no instructions of how to use and if unusable no notification to do not use Club was over ran with people not enough staff or covid measures thought of Have pictures but can not upload I’ve put one star for communication as I didn’t have communication 🤷‍♀️
