Villa Mimosa is set amongst beautiful lush foliage and ancient olive trees. It nestles discreetly against the mountainside boasting stunning views of the many small islands dotted in the Ionian Sea.

Designed by famed Italian architect Giovanni Bellagamba, this residence is carefully planned to offer its occupants a unique experience through a meticulous blend of spacious rooms and ample vistas. The design of the property is distinctly Balinese where original custom-made Balinese doors, water features and furniture have been used throughout. This creates an unusual and intriguing twist when merged together with traditional Greek island living.
The property itself comprises the main house which consists of a fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and TV room. To compliment this there are four guest villas all including two main suites and a shared living room each. In addition the master villa includes a suite with a spacious bathroom, dressing room, private plunge pool, living room and office space. There is a second kids bedroom here too. Alfresco dining is at its best offering a large communal dining table overlooking the pool with unparalleled views.
On the estate’s gracious and immaculately kept grounds guests can enjoy seclusion in a meditation pavilion or can relax around the 196 sqm lagoon style infinity pool. For the more active guest there is plenty of opportunity to stroll through the multilevel grounds enjoying the indigenous gardens and shade of the olive trees.
The property is ideally located above the lively town of Nydri where plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and water sports can be found nearby.
On arrival you will be checked in by our English and Greek speaking host. A tour of the property will ensue and any questions you may have will be answered. The host will be available to you on the first day of your stay to help with anything you may require. General cleaning of the whole villa is done daily with the exception of Sundays. Sheets and towels are changed once a week and personal is laundry is on offer at an extra cost.
If you would like to take the no-hassle approach to your holiday and have all your meals prepared a chef can be arranged for you beforehand at an additional cost. This is of course dependent on availability.
