This two storey, 140m2, luxury villa offers 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (one upstairs and the other downstairs each equipped with hydro massage shower facilities), a 3nd independent bedroom with en suite bathroom, suitable for persons with special needs (disabilities) and a mezzanine level open bedroom, spacious living and dining areas with open beamed wooden ceilings, modern well-equipped kitchen, an additional bathroom, a 58m2 private pool jets, BBQ surrounded by large terraces, garden with children's playground, and balcony. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the east side of Lefkada Island (Lefkas), in close proximity to Nydri (the islands’ main tourist resort).
Immersed in beautiful evergreen olive groves & river plantins, this newly built villa has been constructed to a high standard with modern stylish furnishings and comes complete with the magnificent views of the islands hillsides and only a breath away from the river and waterfalls.
