The second floor consists of an independent apartment with double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and private balconies with sea views.

Very nice Villa with amazing panoramic view.

The villa has a great equipment, practically nothing was missing. The rooms are very nice. The studio on the top floor has an external access. The Barbecue area is very functional and has its own water supply connection.

Panorea was wonderfully helpful with providing information about her villa. She has a beautiful location on the side of a “hill” with an incredible view. Additionally, we found Nydri to be more navigational than Lefkada town. It was the perfect size town! Restaurants were fantastic. Prices were reasonable. Again, thanks to Panorea for all her helpful tips of where to go. We are Greek-Americans so we expect and know there are some challenging hills in Greece. The side road leading up to the villa, and driveway are straight up. Be ready for getting your auto up to the villa. Other than the incline, the villa couldn’t have been better.

Great villa wonderful owner

Villa Panorea was as good as the photos suggested. Fantastic views and a great location in a quiet area with some good local restaurants. The owner Panorea was very welcoming and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was well and supplied us with fruit from her garden. We would come again if we decide to go back to Lefkada. Keith M

Definitely need a car !!

The villa is located up some very steep hills and the taxi driver dropped us at the bottom as he was worried about his car. The villa is nice but the pictures make it look better than it actually is. The separate apartment is reached by walking up another steep hill to the back of the villa as it has a separate entrance. The apartment was ok, a bit dark with an over bath shower. Has its own dishwasher, fridge and oven. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within about a 10 minute walk down the steep hills (don't forget you have to get back up them at the end of the evening !) Dimitri's was lovely, we didn't try the others. The mini market was shut for the winter even though it was middle of September. So, you definitely need a car because the nearest supermarket is in Nidri which is about 10 minutes drive. Loads of bars and restaurants in Nidri. Overall we had a lovely time and the views are spectacular but it's a little bit too small for 8 adults and the pool is quite small too. Panorea was fabulous though and she kept in touch throughout the stay, keeping us informed about the cyclone that was on its way and also bringing us extra sunbeds and chairs so we could eat together outside and all laze around the pool.
