Villa Etoni is a private 4-bedroom villa with infinity pool located next to Kalamitsi on the west side of Lefkada, just a few minutes away from the cosmopolitan village of Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, offering stunning views of the sunset and the Ionian Sea.

The whole family can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings in this beautiful and comfortable villa.

The space
Villa Etoni is a two-storey villa in blue and white, designed to fully embrace the atmosphere of the island and offer its guests a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The ground floor features two interconnected bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, with two private bathrooms with showers. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a laundry room and a cosy living room overlooking the vast blue of the Ionian Sea and the spacious front yard with the infinity pool.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms with private balconies where guests can enjoy the stunning sea view and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoors, there is a private pool and hot tub, shaded and unshaded areas, a built-in barbecue with oven, sun loungers, umbrellas, a hammock for afternoon naps, a dining area, an outdoor lounge and private parking.

Villa Etoni is the ideal choice for large groups of friends or families who want to enjoy a relaxing and carefree holiday!

Guest access
The use of a car is highly recommended so that visitors can reach the nearby village and all the stunning beaches along the western coastline.

The villa is located at a quiet spot, among other villas, just above the village of Kalamitsi, thus enjoying this stunning sea view! Although it enjoys complete privacy and tranquility, it is very close to the beautiful village of Agios Nikitas and the famous restaurants Amente and Rachi.

It is located at the right spot for guests to explore the hidden treasures of the island in short distances every day.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Well maintained, with spectacular views of Lefkada, and a wonderful space for a family getaway. The hosts were in great contact with us at all times, and it made for a fantastic stay. Were thrilled on our arrival to find that our hosts had provided a few pantry and fridge essentials for us! Would love to return someday.
