The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali's trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet residential area in Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 meters leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well-known Restaurants and the short walk to the beautiful Seminyak beach. To Bintang supermarket, it takes 5 minutes to walk. The Dayak-Asmat Villa is within a 20 minutes drive from Bali International Airport.

Disappointing stay due to villa owner

Was a beautiful villa however the manager was very unreasonable. We had 2 friends come over one night and were evicted from our villa because guests are not warranted? If this was a party understandable but 2 guests hanging around the pool seems unreasonable. The manager got very aggressive and there was no understanding at all just kicked us onto the street. A nice villa but not if you want to be watched all of the time. Note he lives next door and is always watching

Brooke booked a 2 bedroom villa with me. After the first night, my cleaning staff informed me that 6 guests were staying in the villa instead of 4. I kindly ask Brooke that the two additional guests have to move out as the villa is only suitable and booked for a maximum of 4 guests. The next day I received a call from my neighbors. My neighbor asks me to talk to the guests as they had a loud party until 4am in the morning. When I drove to the villa and wanted to speak to Brooke, there were 8 guests in the villa. I ask Brooke to respect the house rules and my neighbors and to moderate the volume after 10pm. if you wanted to party you can use the countless clubs in the area. Brooke assured me that they would respect the house rules and that no more than 4 guests would stay in the villa. The other guests would only be visiting, which is of course allowed. The next day I received another call from my staff. There lived again 6 girls with 6 suitcases in the villa. Although Brooke had assured me that only 4 guests would be staying in the villa as booked. Brooke writes in her review that I live next door which is not correct. Brooke forced me to come to the villa daily due to complaints from neighbors and her disrespect towards my manager and cleaning staff. I have warned Brooke not to stay and stay in the villa with more guests than booked for 3 days. Despite the warning, she hasn't changed anything. I have never had such a rude guest at my mansion as Brooke.

So you can enjoy your full privacy. The villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, separate 60 m2 open-plan living area, with a well-equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space and private pool. To assure you the optimal service of our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarters of the resort.
Villa Dayak-Asmat has a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. There are space and comfort; the living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with a nice combination of colors. You will especially appreciate the en-suite bathroom with its own beautiful tropical garden. King-size bed’s ( 180 x 200 cm ) is five stars Serta matrasses with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets, recuperating sleep.
