This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 5) with private pool (6.5mx3.5m) is located in the beautiful Marcolina area of Alcossebre and provides amazing sea, mountain, and town views. The villa is a 15 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential area. The villa is well equipped with air conditioner, dishwasher, microwave, TV, wifi, bbq, washing machine ... There are 2 terraces (1 closed and 1 open) all overviewing the garden, pool, mountains, and sea. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. The villa is supplied clean, and will be cleaned for you upon departure. The villa is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. (Reg VT-41685-CS)
