Delightful and charming 45 sqm apartment located in a recently renovated 1920s house, the Ara house, offers the opportunity for a stay in Rijeka in a particular context. The house, surrounded entirely by a restful and well-kept private garden with trees and horticultural and decorative plants, gives you the opportunity to breathe the rural and characteristic air of an ancient neighborhood away from the bustle of the city but only 15 minutes walk from the center, from the port area and stations.
Jasmine, the hostess, will welcome you upon your arrival providing you with all the necessary instructions for a comfortable stay and will do her best to make you feel at home.
You will have various kinds of basic necessities included and free to give you time to settle down and provide later on your behalf, including fruits from the garden and various aromatic herbs.

We had a wonderful time in Rijeka and the accommodation was absolutely perfect! Everything was very clean, cozy, and just as described. A special shout-out to Jasmine – she is such a lovely and kind host who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. She gave us great tips and was always available whenever we had questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests. Thank you so much, Jasmine – you truly made our stay special!

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Unterkunft mit netter Vermieterin, es hat alles so wie gebucht geklappt und bei Fragen wurde einem schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Tipps zur Umgebung und möglichen Aktivitäten gab es auch, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Wohnen im Ara-Haus

Jasmine (vor Ort) und Emiliano waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Absprache hat prima geklappt und Jasmine hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und liebevoll unterstützt, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Die Atmosphäre von Garten und Wohnung war so schön, wie den Bildern zu entnehmen. Die Wohnung erschien uns großzügiger als 45qm und war sehr gut und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage für einen Stadtbummel ist sehr gut, wenn man über die Treppen geht etwa 2 km und trotz der Hügellage der Stadt gut machbar. Rundherum ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke!!
