We had a wonderful time in this cosy apartment. It is a short walk to the City Center and the back ARD garden is wonderful and quiet. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay.
Fiona’s property was large, spotless, and perfectly appointed. Located within walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.
My university age son and I stayed here for a short stay to tour the highlands and the flat was a very comfortable, warm welcome after long chilly days. Fiona was an excellent host and always very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The flat is very easily accessible to grocery stores, downtown, tour meeting spot and train station. We highly recommend.
This flat was a very cute, yet spacious place to say for any single or couple. It was extremely walkable and most points of interest were within a ten minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!
Thank you Fiona for sharing your beautiful home to make us feel "home away from home" in such a beautiful and peaceful Inverness. We wish we could spend a few more days. Inverness is beautiful and your home is such warmth, comfort and a pleasure.
Wonderful little flat close to shops, grocery stores and dining. It had easy on street parking and we never had an issue of finding a spot. It was a tad noisy due to being on a busy street but traffic noise subsided at night. Fiona was very responsive to all of my inquiries. I would definitely stay here again!
Overall the stay went great. Found everything we needed to settle in. Only a few observances the color of the front door is different from the listing but the palm trees gave it away. The top lock on the front door needs to be tightened for ease of use from the outside . Once we got in we did not use it except after we were in the flat. Might also recommend a larger smart tv so clients can watch Netflix or other streaming platforms. We could not get the DVD player to work but there were some good shows to chose from. It was definitely a big plus having the parking pass. Overall we enjoyed our stay
The property is on a busy road, and has on street parking. However, do not be worried, the windows are soundproofed and the parking is a breeze with the permit. The house itvself is very contained but homely. We used it as a base for touring north and also over to Lossiemouth arra, it was perfect. Tour the dsy park the car and walk to dinner/drink. The facilities and decor is great and is as described and photos in the post. I would recommend this homefor a stsy and Fiona was great to deal wiyh. Thank you.

Extremely clean well-appointed flat, less than 10 min walk to centre. Kitchen very well equipped, good wifi. Very comfortable, only minor trick was hot-cold reversal in bath taps and slightly tricky shower.
We stayed in this flat for a month and had a very lovely stay! It is comfortable, well furnished and the location is perfect. It's within walking distance of several great cafes and restaurants (Grain and Grind for coffee is a must!), as well as things to do. About 10 minutes from the city center, but in a very quiet neighborhood. If you have a car, street parking is very easy to accomplish.
Fiona is very accommodating and absolutely lovely! She is very welcoming and supportive of her guests.
We traveled with our 8-year-old, who also really enjoyed the apartment. It's very kid-friendly, with enough space to play inside and out.
We opened the door and let out a celebratory cheer! The rooms were large and bright and we had a full apartment! The bed was comfortable, shower had pressure and lots of hot water, couch was a futon suitable for extra guests but, for us, was a lovely spot to sit and read by the electric fireplace. Our host left a few helpful instructions , hand-written on cheery cards. We could have spent a month here, nestled in a neighbourhood of vacation rentals, walking distance to downtown restaurants and live music. The whole experience was charming and inviting - a lovely introduction to Inverness.
Beautiful home to stay, close to everything. Grocery store is a short walk. All main city attractions are within the reach on foot. Home is clean, cosy, with functional and well stocked kitchen. The host is very easy to reach and to communicate with. We loved Inverness and if we ever go back again, would be great to stay in this beautiful home again.
The flat was clean, well provided for, and had nice touches supplied by the host. The location was excellent as easily walkable to the city center, the river, bridges, and other attractions and restaurants. For light sleepers note that the bedroom fronts the A82 with heavy traffic, including lorries, during the day and less so through the night than perhaps preventing open windows to muzzle the noise.
Check-in information from VRBO looked like a spam. When opened it was an ad for national debt relief. We had frustrations but it was all from the VRBO site. Owner was great and flat was within within walking distance of the old town. On street parking was never an issue. Would stay there again.
Check in was quick and easy. Good access to WiFi, though the password was long and required many keyboard switches. The bed was fairly uncomfortable, including pretty cheap pillows. The towels and linens were quite worn, bleach on some of the towels, pilling on the linens. We did appreciate the washing machine and updated bathroom. It was also in close proximity to downtown Inverness.
