About this property

Instagramm @la_azohia Nice apartment with sea views, in one of the areas with the most beautiful and clean beaches in all of Spain. The apartment has all the comforts for a family's stay at any time of the year. In winter, the average temperature during the day is 20º, with sunshine almost at all times. All exterior, has plenty of light, also a small terrace and a solarium on the terrace above. For the summer season it has a storage room to store the personal belongings of the guests for the beach outside the apartment, under the access stairs. All windows and the exit door to the small terrace have mosquito nets. TV with Spanish channels and multiple international channels on the Astra satellite. Tourist brochures available.
Near the reserve of Cabo Tiñoso, La Azohía is a paradise for diving enthusiasts. The beach is 400 m away and the complex has a few meters from the apartment of two communal areas for summer, or accessible only to residents, which is accessed with the key that we will leave, each has an adult pool and another for children. The food in this area is great, with beach bars on the beach in summer. Throughout the year there is a supermarket and several restaurants. The ancient city of Cartagena is 25 minutes away by car. Free street parking available for residents.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien reçu par nos hôtes qui sont des personnes très charmantes. Emplacement près de la mer, à environ 8 minutes de la plage à pied, piscines très propres (2ème quinzaine de juin), appartement très plaisant, on s’y sent bien.

Disfrute y descanso familiar

Nosotros somos una pareja con dos niños y hemos estado 15 dias. El alojamiento es cómodo y completo para una familia con niños con una azotea para disfrutar (por la tarde/noche en nuestra fecha) de espacio y unas bonitas vistas Un maravilloso silencio nocturno para descansar sin problemas. La urbanización tiene unas piscinas al lado del apartamento muy limpias y bien mantenidas como el resto. Sin problemas de aparcamiento si hay que utilizar el coche, a 7 km Mercadona, Lidl. Y de lo mejor la atención y disponibilidad de Juan y Trini ante cualquier necesidad que se pueda tener, encantadores. Seguro que repetiremos.

Wonderfull stay

A very nice, clean and well equipped appartment with new white goods. The couple who owns the app. welcomed us with kindness and gifts and was more than helpfull with information. It is a wonderfull area and we enjoyed our stay immensly.

Hemos estado muy cómodos en este apartamento y sin duda volveremos a repetir. Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos y amables con nosotros y la ubicación de la casa nos ha gustado mucho.
