The villa is just 1.5 km from Kanapitsa beach and Kanapitsa Taverna, 2 km from Tzaneria beach and Vromolimnos beach. It can be reached from the island's main road at a distance of 10 km from Skiathos town and 11 km from the airport.
The villa features a comfortable open-space living-room/dining-room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom that can accommodate up to 6 persons. Next to the main house there is a separate guesthouse with 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area has a delightful garden, barbecue facilities, a private pool and a spacious terrace overlooking the islands of Tsougria and Skopelos.
Nearby there is a small semi-private sandy beach with crystal clear waters accessible in 7 minute walk from the house.

The location was amazing and perfect for our multigenerational family holiday. Plenty of space and great amenities. Our host, Fred, was terrific. We were travelling with a small baby and he organised a cot for us. His communication was excellent throughout and he met us at the airport. He even smoothed the car hire process.

Villa with stunning views

The villa was exactly as per the photos and description. Wonderful views and fabulous outside dinning areas. The property manager Fred was always on hand to help. The villas interior was very comfortable & traditional however, the bathrooms need some attention. The main house has three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a separate annex with ensuite. Unfortunately we had no hot water for the showers in the main house or kitchen. This was pointed out on our second night but due to miscommunication from the handyman to the property manager it still didn't get fixed before we left. Hopefully this has been rectified by now as we stayed here on 13th June for a week. All in all a peaceful enjoyable week in Skiathos.
