It was easy to find. The house was spacious enough for 4 people, and as we were with 2, is was quite big. Everything you needed was provided for, even a roofterrace with exquisite outlook on the nightsky of soutern France. Bread can be bought at the little cabin close to the canal as are basic groceries. Intermarche on 10 mnts drive in a village rearby. So: we recommend the house!

About the host
Hosted by Rachel Broad
My family live near by in the villages of St Marcel sur Aude and Villedaigne which is why I bought a house in Ventenac.
Why they chose this property
Ventenac is very well located, near many interesting villages and not far from fast routes to the beach and other cities. Barcelona is only 3 hour drive away.
What makes this property unique
The Cave is one minute walk away where they do wine tastings, sell wine and local produce and also have a museum upstairs.
