Falstaff Cottage is a large property, sleeping a maximum of 5 people. This cottage is very spacious with co-ordinated decor. From the terrace complete with patio furniture and Large HOT TUB, you can watch the most stunning sunsets. On the ground floor the entrance hallways leads to a spacious large open-plan living/dining-room and kitchen. The kitchen area has modern fully fitted units and ceramic floor. There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds, a hairdryer and built-in wardrobes. There is a ground floor en-suite shower room with w.c. and heated towel rail.

First Floor: from the double bedroom there are rolling views of the open countryside. The double bedroom has a wealth of exposed beams, built-in wardrobes plus hair dryer. There is also a single bedroom with built-in wardrobe. First floor fitted with carpets. Bathroom has w.c., heated towel rail and ceramic floor. Bath with over-bath shower.

There is Wi-Fi, parking and lovely views. Modern central heating system and fully equipped for your self catering stay.
Locally is Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Henley in Arden. Stratford upon Avon has all of the William Shakespeare Tourist attractions along with the river and some lovely pubs and restaurants.

long weekend (very)

not as photos on web site ,not wheelchair friendly outside or inside, too many sofas that awkward to get around Cleanliness cobwebs and someone else's rubbish at side of sofa , shower room not as clean as could be plus height of access to shower (ok if a Hobbit) not impressed......

Thank you to you and your family for staying and overall we were pleased you had a great time at the cottage when you checked out. You did not ask about wheel chair access and we do not state we are wheel chair accessed. the photos of the property are correct and indeed do show 3 sofas in the lounge area. most groups think this is fanastic as they can watch the large wall mounted TV from the seating area. We are leaving extra items in the cottage for guests to use during the current situation. Master bedroom is very spacious which can have a 6ft bed with plenty of space around it or 2 twins. again with plenty of space. There is a downstairs en-suite bedroom which again has lots of room. and a single bedroom with wardrobe and units. Plus a family bathroom as well as the en-suite. We provide top quality bed linen and towels, The cottage is well equipped for self catering and has a large amount of useful items in the kitchen for you to use. Outside on the patio we have patio furniture for you to use to watch the most stunning sun set... great locations only 2 miles to the main town of stratford upon avon, great 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage at a great price sleeping up to 5 guests. We have guests who return over and over again to book this great cottage in a lovely location. Please do keep in touch for future stays we are sure you would all have the most wonderful time...
