Villa Dasianda offers:
OUTDOOR AREA: private 30msq heated pool, outdoor dining area next to the barbecue with natural shade, toilette, shower, playground for children surrounded by fig and olive trees. From the front side of the property, you have stairs that take you to the beautiful pebble beach, 90m away, less than 4 minutes on a walk.
GROUND FLOOR: modern, fully equipped kitchen, connected with outdoor dining area and grill. Equipped with everything you need; dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker... join the living, dining area, and also working space. Bedroom No 1 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 2 with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilette, and laundry.
FIRST FLOOR: modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, Bedroom No 3 with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 4 with double bed, Bedroom No 5 with two single beds which can be connected, family bathroom, toilette.

Excellent location for a family holiday

This property consists of two apartments, making it ideal for our groups of 5 and 4 people. Property is in excellent condition, and the friendly owners take great care of it. Nice location (beach is fun to use, and very close) and Omis is 5-10 minutes drive (parking is hard, although there is usually parking close to the Omis Beach). Definitely recommend to anyone considering a Croatian holiday.

Fantastic villa

A lovely welcome meal greeted us, very welcome as we arrived after all the shops had shut. The villa has absolutely everything you could think of provided, and all the usual kitchen consumables. Loads of towels, comfy beds, pool is immaculate and the perfect temperature. The owners were extremely helpful when we had an issue with not enough hot water for 6 showers and were always available on WhatsApp. We had the best holiday we could have hoped for.

Beautiful Villa

The villa was brilliant, it was split across two floors which each duplicated facilities with their own access which makes Perfect for 1 or 2 families. The pool was lovely and has beautiful views. My only reservation was have two young children one of them being only 8 months it was not possible to get to the beach easily so therefore we didn’t go. However the pool was so good we didn’t need to. The location really needs a car. Zvonimir and family were perfect hosts.

Excellent villa

We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts when we arrived and were blown away by how clean the villa was. All the furniture, utensils, equipment, bedding, towels were top quality. We were slightly out of season (last week of September) so the bars / restaurants on the beach were closed but with only a short drive into Omis, there was plenty of choice. The facilities in the Villa were so great, it was really easy to cook there too. There is a short walk (via steps) to the sea and it has to be the cleanest sea we had ever been in! It was lovely to swim in. This is by far the nicest, cleanest Villa any of us have ever stayed in and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Cant recommend it enough!

This is probably the best Villa we have stayed in , in so many regards. From its modern feel, its cleanliness, fantastic facilities (the kitchen was so well equipped), to the pool, locality to the sea and off course the stunning views! The pool is great for kids being one depth, and the games console and area inside is a nice touch should the rain role in. I cant mention the property without saying how welcoming Damir and all of the family were to us from the moment we go there through great communication. They met us as we arrived and provided us with a fantastic meal and drinks which after the travel was much appreciated. They were keen to recommend place to see or eat (do search out the Flintstones restaurant, the drive is worth it!).and when asked nothing was too much trouble for them. The family arrived on our final day with more drink and a birthday cake as 2 of our party were celebrating a very kind and appreciated gesture. The area itself is stunning with lots to do, particularly if you like to be active, but that doesn't mean there's nothing for the less adventurous. The local town Omis is beautiful and all ages enjoyed the canyon boat ride. If your thinking of visiting Croatia, Villa Dasianda seems to me a great place to do it from!

The perfect vaccation!

The perfect vaccation! Everything you needed and more. A lovely house with a really nice pool area (big enough for swimming) with shower and comfortable sunchairs. And an amazing view! We had many lazy days, both by the pool and by the sea which was located a few minutes walk down the stairs next to the house. Stanici provides small minimarkets and restaurants. Specially liked Espana and the hidden pearl Bovarian halfway down to the beach. The beach is fantastic and the restaurant down at the beach was nice for a lunchbreak. But the most spectacular experience during our stay was the hospitality from the owner family. So caring for our best. When we came they greated us, not only with a extremely clean and well equiped house, but also lunch and drinks. They helped us with transport and also showed us a bit of their world. One evening they surprised us with a great dinner and entertained us with music and song. Many, many thanks to the family for making our stay so special. Hope to see you again soon! If you are about to rent a house in this area, we definitly recommend Villa Dasianda. It could’nt be better! Cecilia & Mats with family

Eigentlich sollte man zu diesem Objekt nichts schreiben und es als Geheimtipp bewahren!

Nach Ankunft wurden wir von unseren Vermietern mit einer Wagenrad großen Pizza begrüßt und es gab selbst angebauten Wein dazu, besser kann man nicht ankommen. Wir wurden zudem an einem Abend von unseren Vermietern bekocht. Ein zwei Gänge Menü vom Allerfeinsten. Der Aufenthalt war in dieser wunderschönen Villa traumhaft, immer wieder gerne!

Excellent Villa

The villa is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the sea and the island of Brac. It’s conveniently located to reach Omis and Makarska, two lovely local seaside towns. There are also a number of restaurants and beach bars located within walking distance of the villa. The family who own the villa are also lovely and incredibly welcoming. They welcomed us with drinks and food on arrival and also cooked for us one night. They clearly care very much for the property and they could not have made the stay any more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect, clean and well equipped villa!

Fantastic house for great holidays with 2 families

First of all, the owners were extremely nice, and we received a warm welcome. During the week, they prepared (was an offer and optional) a dinner for us at the house, just an amazing moment to learn more about Croatia. The house was perfectly clean, with 5 big rooms and with huge beds, 6 bathrooms, etc. The swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and to think "holidays". It was just perfect

Traumhaus in Traumlage, optimal für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie, super nette Eigentümer

Wir haben das Haus für 14 Tage gemietet und waren als Großfamilie verreist, insgesamt 11 Personen. Das Haus besteht aus 2 voneinander getrennten Einheiten. Der obere Bereich ist über eine separate Außentreppe erreichbar. Im oberen Stockwerk gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer. Vom Balkon hat man einen sensationellen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Unten gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, jeweils mit eigenem Bad und eines davon verfügt noch über eine kleine ausklappbare Couch für eine weitere Person. Zusätzlich gibt es auch hier ein weiteres separates WC, einen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Wohnzimmer mit eigener Kinderecke und sogar einer PS3 (die unsere Kinder im Urlaub, aber keine Sekunde interessiert hat) sowie eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, der Eiswürfel machen kann. Wir haben den ganzen Urlaub über das vorgekühlte Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank getrunken und es ist uns allen gut bekommen. Es ist völlig unnötig Wasser zu kaufen. Wir haben immer alle zusammen draußen am großen Tisch gegessen und auch den Außengrill genutzt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und top gepflegt. Man findet hier auch alle möglichen Kräuter, die man zum Kochen verwenden darf. Wir durften sogar täglich die frischen Feigen essen. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Am Pool ist ein weiteres WC und ein Raum für die Gartenmöbel. Darin befinden sich auch diverse Luftmatratzen und Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder. Auch das duften wir nutzen. Eine große Doppelhubpumpe ist auch vorhanden und muss nicht extra mitgebracht werden. Die Familie Mimica ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und wirklich sehr darauf bedacht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Familie herzlich empfangen, das Abendessen stand auf dem Tisch und Getränke (darunter ein sehr guter süffiger Weißwein). Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürze etc. war auch schon eingekauft, sowie Obst, Eis und Süßes für die Kinder. Spül- und Waschmaschinentabs waren auch schon da. An einem Abend wurden wir ganz wundervoll bekocht und danach noch mit Gitarren- und Mandolinenspiel und Gesang erfreut. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und wirklich leicht über die Treppe zu erreichen. Man braucht eigentlich auch keine Schuhe, wenn man direkt über den flachen Felsen ins Meer geht. Ein wirklich toller Urlaub, in sehr gepflegtem Ambiente mit ganz hinreißenden Eigentümern! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und danken der ganzen Familie für eine wunderbare Zeit und die ganzen Geschenke!!!

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous location

This is a high end spec villa perfect for families. The location is a short drive from the tourist trap of Omis with so many great activities close by. The drive from Split airport is less than an hour. It is a great base to go exploring but equally, is perfect for staying put - with a great pool, sun terrace and pebble beach about a 100 steps away! To top it off, the hosts were amazing. They looked after us and made us feel part of their family.

Fantastiska husvärdar

Nytt och fräscht hus, praktiskt för två familjer eftersom det eg är två lägenheter. Ingenting att klaga på och husvärdarna får dig att känna dig extremt välkommen. Mysig trapp ner till stranden, och nära en liten matbutik och restaurang.

Ein Traum - sehr sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und ich habe noch nie Vermieter gehabt, die sich so um Ihre Gäste gekümmert haben wie diese!!! Ein großes großes Lob!!! Das Haus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohnungen im EG und im ersten Stock. Oben ist ein großzugiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und abgetrennt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Dazu ein großer Balkon. Im EG ist ebenfalls ein sehr großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Platz für 10 Personen, ein Gefrierschrank mit Wasser- und Eiswürfel-Maker (ein Highlight für unsere Kinder) und ein WC. Dazu 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Klimaanlagen gibt es in jedem Raum und Bad. Auf der Terasse finden bequem 12 Personen Platz. Am Pool gibt es eine Solardusche und ein WC. Es sind tatsächlich nur 90m zum Meer, allerdings mit 120 Stufen, wie es in Kroatien nunmal so ist (wer die nicht laufen mag, kann mit dem Auto 2 km nach Mala Luca oder 5 km nach Omis fahren, hier kommt man mit dem Auto bis zum Strand). Der Strand in Stanici ist mit kleinen runden Kieseln. Geht man am Strand 5 Minuten Richtung Norden kommt man zu einem schönen großen Strand, ebenfalls mit Kiesel. Am Meer entlang Richtung Omis kommen laufend schöne Buchten mit Badestränden. In Omis gibt es dann einen richtig großen Sandstrand in einer Bucht. Omis ist eine wunderschöne alte Stadt mit Burgruine, die man gesehen haben sollte. Hier gibt es auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In Stanici gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in dem man täglich frisches Brot und das nötigste bekommt. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Restaurants und eine Bäckerei. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus mit perfekten Vermietern. Ein großes Dankschön nochmal an die ganze Familie!!! Und Petra von fewo-direkt darf ich auch nicht vergessen, sie hat sich ebenfalls im Vorfeld und bei der Ankunft hervorragend um uns gekümmert und die Antworten auf unsere Anliegen kamen immer spätestens am nächsten Tag.
