Villa POCRNJA is located in a very quiet and natural environment in place Stanići, just 4 km from Omiš, and 30 km from Split. It is positioned at the higher part of Stanići with absolutely open sea and island views. You need only a few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach with a lot of water attractions which is 400m from the property, and Stanići center with many bars, restaurants, and shops is only 200m away. Everything is within walking distance so the car is not so necessary but it is recommended.

Villa POCRNJA is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from almost every corner of the property.

Villa POCRNJA offers 6 double bed bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite with shower, each with TV and A/C. Two of the bedrooms have a terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views. On the ground floor, (pool level), is a gym with a TV, sauna, pool table, and bathroom with shower. Behind large glass walls, outside on the covered terrace, in front of the sauna, is a Jacuzzi for 5 persons. The outdoor area offers also a summer kitchen with a grill and dining area, a heated pool (8m x 4m), and a sundeck area with 8 lounge chairs with parasols and a shower.

The first floor offers a living and dining area with a glass wall from the south so you can enjoy open sea views, even while you are making dinner in a fully equipped and modern kitchen. TV, A/C, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (one is en-suite), and a spacious, covered terrace with dining table.

The second floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms with TV and A/C, two of them have a terrace with lounge furniture.
On the lower ground floor is a huge garage with 6 parking places.

Great vacation home

Beautiful and clean vacation home. The pool was delightful, salt water, nice size and good temperature. Great location up a hill, small shops nearby where you could get your daily supplies. Perfect hosts, very helpful! We had a great stay and hope to come back some day.

Very beautiful view from villa, big garage with games (table tennis, billiards, darts) modern fittings inside house are admittedly big benefits. Very pleasant hosts and infinity swimming pool are other reasons why to come back again. We definitely recommend to stay there.

Very nice place with very nice view. We were 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids. Close to beach . We enjoyed our stay very much and would recomend this house. Would recomend to rent a car, as it was a bit hard to get uber or taxi.

Fabulous property with every facility catered for. As we went at the end of September all the restaurants in Stanici were closed for the season with only one bar open but not a problem to get Taxis to Omis

Villa Pocrnja is a fantastic villa in Tice about 5 miles from Omiš. It is beautifully maintained and has a glorious view out to Brac. There were eight in our party and so we had plenty of space and enjoyed all that the villa had to offer, in particular the lovely pool and the games room downstairs. The owner and his family live next door and so are on hand if you have any questions.

I couldn’t believe just how true to the pictures the villa was. Our hosts were flexible and accommodating when our flights were delayed and made us feel very welcome. The basement garage is a god send in the heat, but I will never tire of that view you get from the pool.

Urlaub im Freundeskreis

Lage/ Aussicht und direkte Umgebung herrlich zum Entspannen. Auto von Vorteil. Super Strände in der Nähe, sowie Omiš für Einkäufe und Kulinarisches. Die Unterkunft im Allgemeinen relativ gehoben und gepflegt, gerade der große Pool ein absolutes Highlight ! Bei allen schönen Einblicken war bei unserem Aufenthalt jedoch auch nicht alles perfekt. Der Whirlpool war defekt und konnte innerhalb unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltshalts nicht repariert werden. Die Menge an Geschirr und Kühlmöglichkeiten hielten sich in Grenzen. Die Sonnenüberdachung war stark eingerissen und rostig.

The villa and views are true to photos , amazing , beach is lovely pebble beach . The hill to the house is steep 7 min up hill , good exercise. The turning up to the road is tight and on a bend once you have done it once it’s fine . The outside eating area has a fridge, dishwasher and hob next to bar b so you have a mini outside kitchen , mini supermarket , bread and fruit and veg stall at the bottom of hill . It was a fantastic place , we loved it , We would go back

Utsikten är magisk! Huset har allt man kan önska sig - fina, rymliga sovrum, fräscha toaletter, bra kök (även utekök vid poolen). Vi var fyra familjer (12 personer varav 5 barn). Pingisbord, biljard och dart i garaget vilket var kanon för barn. Vi är supernöjda! 🌟

Amazing Villa

An immaculate property with fantastic views of the area and the island of Brac. The owner was very accommodating. and as we arrived late at night supplied some excellent groceries for our breakfast. We feel a car is essential, which means it is very easy to get to other fantastic locations by car. We were not blessed with the best weather but the amenities of the beautiful villa meant this did not diminish our holiday enjoyment. The only downside is that this property would not be suitable for people with mobility problems as the area is very steep and the villa itself has a large number of stairs. We had a toddler in our party who we always felt was safe.with plenty to keep him entertained. An instruction manual on the use of the appliances (washer dryer, oven) would be a benefit. We would certainly recommend both this villa and Croatia as a holiday destination

You need only few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach with a lot of water attractions which is 400m far from the property, and Stanići center with many bars, restaurants and shops is only 200m far. Everything is in walking distance so the car is not so necessary but is recommended.
