Apartment renovated in August 2018, high-end, quiet reform, a 4th floor with a new elevator. The portal has also been renewed. Located 5 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, in a picturesque square, elevated on the hill, with gardens and church, modernist benches and a café. Before arriving at the Plaza Mayor, for which you have to descend and then ascend, you will cross the Central Market, of modernist invoice. Highly recommended place to rest, to be at ease, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi. 135 sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with high quality, as shown in the photographs. The floor is all exterior, some rooms, half, open to a large interior courtyard, but open, which is as if it were totally exterior. It is located between Gran Vía and Canalejas Avenue. Strategic situation. Going down on foot in 7 minutes you reach the Jesuit Park, in the opposite direction to the Plaza Mayor, a very careful and very large park. From the lower part of the park you go to the Aldehuela, river area, beach bars, beaches, and many sports spaces including a forest park.
