Our lake front home is awaiting your arrival! Tucked away on a dead end street in the quietest area of this picturesque lake, you'll have all the comforts of home, but feel like you are on vacation.

Open concept living room/kitchen, includes breakfast bar, full sized stainless steel appliances, sofa sleeper, electric fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV, and a panoramic view of Beaver Dam Lake!

Kitchen comes with dishes/glassware, cookware, utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

Bathroom is stocked with towels and hair dryer.

3 Bedrooms: Each bedroom comes with bedding, nightstands & closet
- Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
- Second Bedroom: Two Full Beds
- Third Bedroom: Twin Daybed

Basement is set up with a second living room space, with two single futons, electric fireplace, 32-inch TV, DVD player, mini fridge and game area. There is also a sink and stand up shower, along with a washer and dryer.

Off of the living room, you step out onto your private deck, overlooking the lake.

This house was the perfect place for our sisters weekend away. Beautiful lake views in a quiet neighborhood, comfortable lodgings, fun "at the lake" decor, and a well appointed kitchen. We ventured out to Brix Vineyards and Schaumburg Dinner Club, but mostly stayed at the house to enjoy the lake views!

Weekend Trip from Chicago

My son and I enjoyed our stay. House is as it appears in the pictures. I think the backyard and view of the lake is better than it appears in the pictures. Property is about 15 minutes from the town of Beaver Dam and about the same to Fox Lake. *Not the best fishing lake if that is the main purpose of the trip. We had a great time

Friends and family!

I came down to Beaver Dam to connect with friends and family. I grew up in the area. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Had a nice cookout.. lots of laughter and memories made. The view of the water... Awesome.

Awesome place to get away and still close to home

This home was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out and very comfortable. I was a little worried that the air conditioner wouldn't keep up, but when we arrived I realized it was a new mini-split rather than a window unit and it kept us very comfortable on the hot weekend we were there. It's on a quiet part of the lake, so there was almost no boat traffic, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the sunset, fishing from the pier, or whatever. Would definitely recommend.

Lake weekend

There were issues using the tv, which required a remote app I needed to purchase in order to use the tv. Communication with the host prior to our stay were timely, but during our actual stay, no one responded to messages. The home was clean, spacious, and quiet.

GREAT STAY! GREAT PEOPLE!

This place is great. We enjoyed our time very much. The property and the house is neat and clean. The contact, who I believe is the owner, was more than fantastic. Almost immediate responses. Couldn’t ask for more. We killed it fishing!!! 30+ eyes in 2 days ice fishing. Just got right out back!! 100 yards straight back!! Thanks again. Your place was awesome.

Very clean and great amount of space for a girls weekend! There was SO MUCH to do especially if there was poor weather… a million dvds and board games in the basement. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out too. A great end of summer weekend! Thank you!

Charming place with picture perfect farms on the drive to the lake. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with supplies. The view of the lake (and the fireflies in the evening) was beautiful. Quiet and clean surroundings with lots of options for activities and games. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Well worth the cost compared to local hotels! Thank you

It was a good stay and we would think about coming back. Me and my friends aren’t into fishing but we like the lake view the most. The firepit and backyard was underwhelming due to the slope that it is on. There was a lot of algae in the water. Just that time of year but it definitely scared us away from the water. What was lacking in the backyard it was made up inside with the basement. The foosball table and tv movies are a nice touch. I would put a nicer couch in the upstairs living room because that was the only thing that was off up there. Everything else was nice. The bedrooms are fine, and the stay journal is a nice touch.

We enjoyed the cottage very much. Great view and access of lake. Young people enjoyed the foosball table. We were disappointed that the lake is not the best for swimming, skiing, or tubing due to the “green” water. (Not that you can do anything about that)We did enjoy taking boat rides around the lake and fishing.

My husband Bryan and I met in 2005 in Milwaukee, WI and a vacation on the lake has always been a constant. For as long as I can remember, my husband always knew he wanted a lake house, and we worked really hard to make that a reality! The thing we are most excited about is being able to share this place with our family and friends (especially our Daughter, Harper). There is something about a simple vacation on the lake that makes for some of the best memories. We sincerely hope you enjoy this labor of love as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We both fell in love with the quiet and relaxation this house provides, while still being close to all of the amenities you need day to day. With our work schedules, we longed for a place for us to escape to, without being hours away. It is so wonderful being able to come up to Hickory Point for a "time out" from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

What makes this property unique

Hickory Point Rd is set on one of the quietest parts of the lake, but only 15 minutes from Downtown Beaver Dam.

Set on 75 feet of private lake frontage.

Located 60 minutes from Madison, 90 minutes from Milwaukee, and 120 minutes from Green Bay.
