The spacious and bright living room features a television and air conditioning. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning with no time restrictions, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchen includes an island and is integrated with the living area. It also has direct access to the outdoor space, where you’ll find a magnificent terrace next to the pool.

The private swimming pool, approximately 9 x 3 metres in size, is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and a charming chill-out area with sun loungers and low tables – the perfect spot to relax under the Mallorcan sun.

Shame the pool is not heated, but we knew this. Had a small problem during our stay which was quickly dealt with and resolved by sun villas staff. Thank you

Had a lovely week here. The villa was spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen and dining area. Lovely outdoor space and great pool which we were able use end of April (if feeling brave) . Easy access to port de Pollenca, Pollenca, Cala Vincente and food shopping. Is some road noise, but didn’t bother us.

We had a lovely stay at this little stylish house. It offers plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has got all the gadgets you could possibly need. We loved the concept of the house as you could enter the garden from every single room. The garden is wonderful and the surrounding is breathtaking. On hot days you can just chill or have a dip in the pool. The most important thing for us as cyclists was the area around us. The roads are really good and you can do all the amazing bikerides without having to go anywhere by car. Thank you again
