Welcome to EP9U, a charming Athenian apartment with a rooftop terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the lovely garden. It also features a private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedroom one includes an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed, while bedroom two has a queen-size bed. Both beds can be configured as singles. An additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.
EP9U is located on the first floor, accessible via a marble staircase. The rooftop terrace is on the top of the building and is reached by a metal staircase.
Located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.
Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
