Large 130sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Located on the first floor, without elevator, of an ancient building a few steps from the Palazzo dei Normanni, the apartment is a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and some of the main points of interest in the city.
The structure is located within the ZTL
It is possible to park (for a fee) at the garage in via Sulle Mura di Porta Montalto 3.

- KITCHEN: 4 burner hob, fridge, electric oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, split A / C, access to the terrace.
-BATHROOM 1: shower, double sink, bidet and toilet.
-BATHROOM 2: shower, bidet and toilet.
-BATHROOM 3: shower, bidet and toilet.
- TERRACE: furnished with outdoor table and chairs.
- BALCONIES: access from double bedroom and single bedroom.
-FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, 5 split A / C with heat pump, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes stand, hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests.
Pay attention to the internal stairs if you travel with small children.

Guests will have total access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.

The apartment is located a few steps from the Palazzo dei Normanni, also known by the name of the Royal Palace, in a quiet and well served area within the ZTL.
They walk through the streets of the city and thanks to public transport (in Piazza Indipendenza you can find the stop for many lines) you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Castello della Zisa, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, the Massimo Theater, the Martorana Church, the Pretoria Fountain, being impressed by the historical charm of the palaces and streets of Palermo.

Walking through the center you can find characteristic restaurants, clubs and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region, tasting typical products and dishes renowned throughout Italy and in the world. In this regard, the Pasticceria Cappello, a local historian famous for his seven-veil cake, deserves special mention.

The neighborhood offers all the services and comforts necessary for your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

- FROM THE AIRPORT of Palermo Falcone Borsellino you can reach the apartment with the regional train stop at Palazzo Reale-Orleans station, 350m away from the hotel.
There is the possibility of transfer service.
- FROM THE CENTRAL STATION of Palermo it is possible to reach the apartment with the ARANC line Cadorna stop, 2 minutes away on foot.

For those traveling by car, the apartment is located within the ZTL. Pay attention to access and times.
It is possible to park at the garage in via Sulle Mura di Porta Montalto 3, for a fee. Alternatively, at the car parks in the Children's Hospital area on a paid road (just outside the ZTL).

A member of our Palermo team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:

EUR 15 from 21:30 until 23:00,
EUR 20 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
