Mountain Chalet with Garden near Aosta and Pila

An elegant 150 sqm villa immersed in nature at 1500 meters of altitude. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, it offers a breathtaking view of the central valley of the Aosta Valley and the Alpine mountain range.

Just 4 km from the ski lifts of Pila and 14 km from the center of Aosta, it's the ideal place for lovers of skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing in an exclusive and charming environment, surrounded by spectacular views and the warmth of a real mountain chalet.

Elegance and Tradition 🏠
On the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by a large, bright living room, enhanced by a charming pellet fireplace — perfect for a cozy atmosphere on winter evenings. The relaxation area, furnished with three comfortable sofas and an antique wooden bench, is ideal for watching a movie on the 42” smart TV or reading a book by the fire.

The dining area, in classic Aosta Valley style, features a rustic wooden table that comfortably seats six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and Lavazza coffee machine. For coffee purists, the traditional Italian moka pot is also available.

Bedrooms and Comfort 🛏
Upstairs (entirely clad in wood) you’ll find:

▪️ A spacious and bright master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and panoramic view of the valley.
▪️ A second bedroom with two single beds and a skylight for stargazing.
▪️ A bathroom with a large shower, WC, bidet, and sink.

On the basement floor, there's:
▪️ A third double bedroom in modern style and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
▪️ A laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, and iron.
Being semi-basement, this level is naturally cooler and more humid than the others.

The fully fenced 250 sqm garden features a large soapstone barbecue, perfect for outdoor grilling in the summer. A garden table, chairs, and a sun lounger allow you to relax in the sunshine.

Access:
The chalet is easily reached from the regional road SR18, with the final 50 meters being private road. You’ll have access to:
▪️ A reserved outdoor parking space marked with the letter C
▪️ Our private garage marked with the letter D

In winter, roads are regularly cleared, but in case of heavy snow, winter tires and snow chains are highly recommended.
Our private road section will be cleared as soon as possible.

Just 900 meters from the chalet is the mid-station of the Aosta-Pila cable car, which allows you to reach both Aosta and Pila without a car (open during summer and winter seasons).

The village of Pila is about six minutes away by car. The ski resort is among the most popular in the region, with 70 km of slopes for skiing and snowboarding, a fun park for kids, and various rental shops both in Pila and Aosta.

To reach the chalet from the parking area, there’s a staircase with about 20 steps.

⚠️ In winter, snow tires and chains on board are highly recommended.

The chalet is part of a complex with 4 other villas.

A tourist tax will be collected on-site upon arrival:
€0.50 per person, per night (for the first 7 nights only – under 15 exempt).
