Perfect beach getaway!

Went to celebrate my husbands birthday with another couple and it was perfect! The location was right across the public beach access and the place we stayed at was beautiful! It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend away and the balcony with the view was a prefect spot for my morning coffee! Super comfy beds too!

Lots to love about this place; views of the water, close restaurants and short walk to the beach. This unit is very well stocked with all the kitchen essentials and beautifully decorated. It’s worth noting that if you are there for a week, you need to bring your own paper products as what is provided is only enough for a few days. Highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful Condo

Very nice condo and location. Very nicely furnished and decorated, kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed, even a wine cooler. We were there in Dec. so it was an off season but the beach is right across the street and very easily accessed for our morning walks. Nice restaurants close by as were unique shops and ice cream. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This is our second time in this unit. The first time was 3 years ago. Still love it but it could use some minor updates. Master shower water pressure needs to be adjusted - low water pressure which takes forever to wash long hair. Throw pillows in living room need to be replaced. They have stains on several of them. The patio furniture cushions could use being replaced as well. They were filled with dust. The glass tables were covered in dust/dirt.

Amazing Abocas

Our stay at the Abocas was amazing. The property was decorated so beautifully and was clean and convenient to anything you could want ( beach location, food, snacks, shopping, etc). We will definitely be back. The only drawback was the stairs are not convenient for toddlers, but having all the bedrooms downstairs was helpful.

Perfect Spring Break

We love everything about this property. It was perfectly stocked for everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable, the location was great, and the entire experience was fantastic. Our party included me and my husband, our four children ages 14 to 9, and my two in-laws. We had plenty of space and will definitely book again.

Amazing condo!

We absolutely loved the condo. Amazing location, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and liquor stores. Less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Very clean and updated condo. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious. Kitchen/living room upstairs and all bedrooms down stairs. They had chairs, wagon, and lots of beach supplies. Highly recommend this condo!

Loved everything about the condo. Was exceptionally decorated and maintained!! The only complaint would be not being able to figure out how to control the thermostat. We couldn’t get the air to stay on throughout the night so it became quiet stuffy.

Location is perfect. The unit was furnished perfectly. Our only complaint was that we didn’t know it was two stories with a very steep stairwell. We have 3 girls under 3 years old so this was far from ideal but we bought 2 baby gates that we left there so it was fine. However, if you are traveling with young kids or elderly people, be aware that the living and kitchen is upstairs and all bedrooms are downstairs.

Amazing location

Directly across from public beach access although my family and I walked 2 streets down to a less crowded area. Kitchen is very spacious and well stocked for people planning to cook every meal (as I did). Very well furnished, as pictured. This condo has one of the largest balconies in the Ábacos bldg. Door code didn’t work but easily fixed by a quick phone call and fast response from the number given. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, games and puzzles are available to guests. I don’t remember reading that on the listing.

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks this winter. It was a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. The condo had a lot of space, kitchen was well equipped (although a Keurig would be nice) and the master bed was comfortable, bathrooms were good (short on hand towels-3 for 3 bathrooms) but the living room furniture needs an update...really dirty chairs, pillows and area rugs...ceiling fans and vents had a ton of dust on them. Also need to upgrade the toilets, I don’t think I’ve ever heard toilets that noisy!! Balcony/patio and furniture were great and the patio doors blocked the traffic noise from 30a which was a plus. Best part of the condo....the view!

Great location

Loved our week at this condo. The furnishings were all tastefully done, and the kitchen was well-stocked with up-to-date appliances and utensils (could use a couple more dish towels). Great collection of wine glasses. We didn't realize when we booked that all bedrooms were downstairs, but that wasn't a problem for our group. The location is awesome, with ice cream and beer on the bottom level, and Shunk Gulley restaurant right next door. We actually ate there twice during our stay. The mattresses were all very comfortable The handle on the sliding glass door in the living room was broken when we arrived, so we contacted the mgmt company to let them know. It took a couple days to get fixed but it wasn't an emergency so no problem there. Recommend that the number to text for maintenance be provided ahead of check-in so that if there's a problem you don't have to wait on hold on their main line. We had two cars in our group and never had a problem finding parking in the lot behind the condo. There is a beach gear closet containing a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, a couple of small coolers, and lots of sand toys that is available for use, so that's a nice touch. There's several other restaurants in walking distance or a couple minute drive. Also only about 10-15 minutes away from Grande Boulevard/Baytowne Wharf so that's a plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Contact with Southern rentals was excellent . Abacos is a great location , very nice condo. We were traveling with our two year old grandchild and the condo had extras such as a high chair , baby gates , beach toys , and elec outlet covers .

Spring break

We have stayed in another Abacos unit but this one is my favorite so far. One of my favorite things is a good mattress. I think these were very new, We loved having a view of the gulf across the street and the pool was very clean and heated. Oh yes, it helps having a great restaurant next door and an ice cream shop on first floor. Our son was crazy about the ice cream. The price was fair as I’ve done a lot of comparing on 30A. Thank you for sharing your property and keeping it nice and clean.

Our family stayed at this condo unit in May 2019 to celebrate my son's high school graduation. The separate bedrooms for our young adult son and daughter were ideal. We loved the decor and the proximity to the beach and shops, including a shop where we rented bikes. The beach was hot and a little crowded, yet still lovely, especially the blue-green water. It was sweet to return to the condo after a day on the beach--nice decor, fresh and homey. We loved the ocean view from the couch and balcony, and we cooked dinners in the well-appointed kitchen. The location on 30A is great--not far from a shop where you can buy fresh shrimp, two state parks and other towns along the beach. The beach gear closet was a huge help--umbrella, chairs, etc. Nice touch! Great to have access to Netflix, and the wireless worked great. A small thing (more for the management company): Sheets slipped off edges of the bed a bit. If you have room in your bag, consider bringing sheets for the king bed. Also, bring a tablecloth if you plan to eat at the dining room table. We really felt at home at this unit!
