About this property

Panorama Lake View - BEACH APARTMENT ~ THE ORIGINAL

Direct access to the beach! Private parking included. Free wifi.
Apartment for maximum 4 people. Two beds in the living room and two in the bedroom. There's a bathroom and a recently renewed kitchenette with everything you need for cooking during your stay. (pots, dishes, etc ...) The apartment is on the second floor with a lake-view balcony.
We provide soap, shampoo and everything needed for bathroom and bedroom (washing machine included).
In the kitchen there are also a microwave, toaster, kettle, French press coffee machine and Italian moka. There's a collection of English, German and Italian books.
For the summer weeks we provide a fan to keep the apartment cool. Private garden for the guests of the apartments complex. We also provide two pairs of Nordic walking poles.

Erholsam, schön und sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Die Wohnung war sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend für 2 Personen. Mit Etagenbett für 2 Kinder. Schöner ruhiger Balkon mit seitlichem Seeblick. Die Lage der Wohnung zentrumsnah, Einkaufsmöglichkeit (COOP) fußläufig gut erreichbar. Privatpark zum Sonnenbaden und Parkplatz im Schatten vorhanden. Restaurant gegenüber, Kiosk mit Snacks neben der Liegewiese. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir konnten dort Fußball schauen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, die Übergabe hatte eine persönliche Note. Wir würden wiederkommen, auch mit einem Enkelkind.

Für uns die perfekte Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht!

Als wir die Ferienwohnung übernommen haben war sie in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr sauber! Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und man kommt sehr schön zu Fuß in die Innenstadt nach Riva! Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
