Geweldige locatie & appartement

Super onderhouden gasten verblijf op mooie locatie met uitzicht. Echt alles is aanwezig wat je maar kan bedenken en nodig hebt. Heerlijk geslapen, goed bed en fijne douche. Vriendelijke en lieve eigenaren die alles zo mooi onderhouden met veel sfeer en aandacht. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Rustig gelegen en toch zo in Riva eo.

Ferienhaus mit Flair

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einem mediteranen Garten. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Der Pool liegt zwischen Olivenbäume hat gute Liegen mit vernünftigen Auflagen und schöne Schattenplätze. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll umgesetzt. Für E-Bike Fahrer gibt es eine abschließbare Garage. Von uns eine 100% Empfehlung

Grande déception

Nous avons été déçus par le gîte qui n'en est pas un mais plutôt une copropriété... La maison compte 3 hébergements + celui des propriétaires qui habitent au premier étage. Le premier logement, qui se situe en contrebas, semble parfait. Au niveau de la terrasse, 2 logements se jouxtent. Dans le logement du milieu qui nous a été attribué, il n'y a aucune intimité. Le lit est situé dans la pièce principale et donne sur une baie vitrée devant laquelle passent incessamment les voisins pour rentrer ou pour quitter leur logements, pour aller à la piscine ou tout simplement pour téléphoner ! Impossible de ne pas tirer les rideaux. Les photos et les indications données sur le site ne reflètent en rien la réalité de la configuration. Une telle promiscuité est inadmissible : nous avons payé 1300€ pour 8 nuits ! Sans parler des nuisances sonores des voisins et des petits enfants des propriétaires, le week-end (tôt le matin et tard le soir). La propriétaire surveille tout le temps : si la porte est fermée pour ne pas laisser rentrer les chats, si on s'est douché avant d'entrer dans la piscine, etc... Je déconseille fortement les 2 logements donnant sur la terrasse à-moins d'apprécier de vivre en copropriété. Point positif : le jardin, au milieu d'une oliveraie, est magnifique.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir sind von Fabrizio sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Appartement und die komplette Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind herrlich. Es ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Unserem kleinen Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 100% Empfehlung.

Wellness Oase am Gardasee

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und sind mitten in einer kleinen Oase in Riva der Garda gelandet. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und man kann sich super entspannen. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen und hoffe dass wir bald wieder an den Gardasee fahren werden.

Mit welchen Worten kann man das Casa Falu beschreiben? Großartig, traumhaft, geschmackvoll, außergewöhnlich? Der Urlaub war ein Traum! Luisa und Fabrizio sind so liebenswerte und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind perfekt, modern und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Traumwohnung oberhalb von Riva del Garda mit Seeblick

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem kleinen Paradies von Luisa und Fabrizio. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte und war dazu noch ganz nach unserem Geschmack nämlich modern, aber trotzdem geschmackvoll und ganz liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet. Zwar ist man auf Fahrrad oder Auto angewiesen wenn man in die Stadt möchte, aber das ist kein Problem, da ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden ist. Und den letzten steilen Berg habe selbst ich mit dem E-Bike geschafft 😉. Zu Fuß kann man aber z. B. zwei Agritur erreichen, wo man hervorragend essen kann. Auch der Garten mit Pool und Whirlpool, vielen Liegemöglichkeiten und dem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und den See war ein Traum. Wenn man irgendwas brauchte konnte man Luisa und Fabrizio fragen, die immer hilfsbereit waren. Insbesondere ihre Tipps bzgl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradtouren waren sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder im Casa Falu wohnen wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Riva del Garda fahren.

Sonne satt in einer traumhaften Unterkunft

Das Objekt hat eine schöne Lage am Hang und trotzdem noch gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Fewo war sehr sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, gefehlt haben uns nur Sektgläßer. 😃Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder.
